How do you dance at parties?

I don't dance. XD

I sit in the back drinking soda and chatting with friends.

Like most others have said in this thread, I don't go to parties and if I happen to get dragged to one in some strange turn of events I just stand in the back and don't even attempt to dance

Realistically, I can't do all those crazy moves my friends do so I end up doing random crap that usually involves grabbing a random partner who walks away like WTF when were done.

I've only danced one time at a party. It was insane. My dancing usually involves lots of hip-shaking and colourful motion. I jump about all over the place until I exhaust myself in one fell swoop. I think though that it's not bad dancing. If I really try, it doesn't look too silly. Probably got that dancing gene in me.

Well, the parties I go to are normally the "hang around and laugh" kind. But when I am somewhere I'm expected to dance... Well, it depends on the song. I like the shuffle, but I can't really do it. I sort of like to do the "chainsaw/lawn mower" sometimes. Anypony else?
