How do you enjoy your music

Dusty Soul

Ok, we all know those people who pump their fists in the air, we know those people that headbang until they get whiplash, and we know those people who just go insane while listening to music. I was recently listening to "In one Ear" and I noticed with that particular song I basically have a mini seizure with fast movements scattered all over the place. So I just want to know how do you enjoy your music.

I enjoy most of my music from my dad's twin tower speakers(while sitting on the couch), I still have yet though to hook them up to my xbox  That or my awesome Sony headphones.

Huge speakers with awesome sound quality. You can't enjoy music without a big ass sub woofer! Just have to be careful with not listening to my music too loud! Don't want to be deaf at an early age. O_O

The best times to listen to music for me:

-On a drive of ANY kind.

-When I'm trying to go to sleep.

-SOMETIMES at concerts. I'm actually not too big a fan of concerts.

-Minecrafting

-And of course on a nice spring day in the evening.

It's ironic how I fall just to get back up again...

Usually nice headphones so I can get all of the sound quality out of it. And unfortunately I can only bob my head around (mainly listen to metal) because the glasses I wear are very loose. It sucks going to a concert to because I have to leave my glasses in the car, so I can't see a damn thing. And I leave them in the car because I liek to jump in the pit once in a while. The PIT, not a shitty hardcore dancing circle of shitty shit. I am so glad that died out fast. At least it died out from what I have seen.

Sometimes I tap my feet to the beat if I can keep a rhythm. I secretly wish I was a drummer too, so I try my hardest to stay within the time scale haha.

Now that I think about it, there are a lot of things that I may do when I'm listening to music.

I do a lot of air-guitaring, regardless of the genre of the song (i.e. even if the song doesn't "rock" per se), acoustic or electric guitar, and whether it's riffs, solos, or just accompaniment. I learned that habit from playing Guitar Hero/Rock Band, so I air-guitar as if I were playing the song on the game; I have never played actual guitar.

I will on occasion air-drum or air-piano, but those are not as easy to do and not as intuitive to me. I will nod my head, tap my foot, etc. also.

If I am alone, I will sing along if I feel the urge. I sing to any part of the song, not just the main vocal line, but also the riffs, solos, and harmony/accompaniment vocals. I find it fun to try to pick out and sing harmony parts, since they are more difficult to identify and sing, and I like hearing how it adds to the song as it's playing.

Well... I normally don't like loud music... but if I am driving around town WITH friends...

let's say that 4x 16" hard hit subs in plexi with LED light ups is always fun...

Too bad it's not my car xD

but even in my truck i crank the volume to 11, plug in my Mp3... and play my little pony songs! fan made and from the show, i just don't care. (and a few other unrelated MLP songs.)

Well I usually like to listen to my mussic with the help of my earbuds mostly because quite a few of my favorite songs has it to where either the lyrics or the music itself jumps from one ear to the other

This tends to give me an awesome feeling

Other than that it depends

I really like dance music so I end up dancing like a dodo but that's okay because I am having fun with it :P

I almost never move at all, which leads people to believe I'm not enjoying it, but it's the exact opposite. Most of the time I let music wash over me, like standing under a waterfall, and just close my eyes and immerse myself in the sound.

LOUD. I like my music louder than an atomic explosion. You know that screeching noise that accompanies the music at a concert? That's pretty much my minimum volume level. Unless, of course, I'm in public, in which case I'll turn down my music a little.

Music? Just me and my earphone, nothing else.

I don't like my music really loud or too quiet. I don't like anything with huge thum-thum-thum bass or screeching voices. Just me and my instrumental musics, I don't like hearing human voices too much.

I like my music loud but not to loud where it becomes harmful to me, with good earphones or headphones when available, that amplifies the bass of the song, whether it be a metal song or a hip hop song. Pump that shit up!

Just another background cat. Move along.

I'm an intense dubstep fan. I've been teaching myself to dance to it for a year now and I've been getting pretty good. Whenever I play a really good song with my Turtle Beach® Ear Force® X12 Headset (Sponsor!) I like to just stand up and start dancing as long as nobody walks into my room.

Mostly I just sit there and listen. If I'm cleaning my room, I'll usually air-guitar for a while to pass the time.

At a concert, I'll just kinda nod my head a little (not to the level of whipping my hair back and forth).

As a classical music fan, everyone can probably guess what I do and it's probably true. :P In case you can't guess, depending on the piece, I'm either air conducting with a pencil or am air fingering the notes as the piece plays. I have no shame in doing it and my friends love teasing me for it and I'm cool with that.

I LOVE the feeling of earth-shaking bass, but other people live in my house and I don't like my music too loud, so all my music plays through gigantic Yamaha speakers that is capable of giving me the bass cannon treatment without blowing my eardrums. (But can get REALLY loud if I want it to be)

Alone in my room, but with others in the house, I bang my head moderately and sometimes sing along quietly. Home alone: turn up the volume to shake the windows, dance and sing my heart out.

Nothing usually, I just like to have something in the background while doing something else, although I do like to sing along sometimes(MLP songs pretty much every time ), and I MIGHT headbang or air guitar on occasion. ;)

I'm probably prancing around without a care for my surroundings-- but at the same time I'm picking apart the harmony, rhythm, and form while humming along. Of course it depends on the tune; a slower or less upbeat song would probably cause me to actually sit still.

whatever I'm doing at the time when I turn on my music, I start doing it to the beat. if I'm tapping my feet when s a song comes on (I have a habit of tapping my feet with or without music), I start tapping to the beat. same for if I'm running, drawing, rolling around on my bed, etc.

I also love to sing along, so that's why most of the songs I listen to have dumb lyrics that are fun to sing really loudly. if there are no lyrics, I just make sounds along with the music.
