Dreambiscuit 10,091 April 4, 2019 Share April 4, 2019 Yes, it's possible to love inanimate objects. It doesn't have to love you back for you to have a special affection and appreciation for it. I love my little car for example, and it seems completely natural.

Cash In 22,484 July 1, 2019 Share July 1, 2019 The concept of something like this is so absurd, I couldn't even possibly imagine being in that situation. I have seen many videos from TLC regarding this kind of thing and every single one of them makes me cringe. At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do. Widdershins 9,960 July 25, 2022 Share July 25, 2022 HECC YES. I Love lampposts. Like, i like to take pictures, give hugs to lamposts. They stand around, quietly, giving light to those who need it and asking for nothing in return. Because they inanimate. Or hugging trees, y'know? Showing intense appreciation for something is okay. My first car i spent alot of time in, because i'd be tired after work, too scared to go home yet and risk the drive back. I'd nap in the back of Baby Blue in some dark parking lot and she was my safety shell! Keeping in mind the fact that ancient roman culture had a whole ton of variety of classifications of what Love meant and I can't really say there's any reason to not show Love to anything and everything. Love is, after all, a far more vague a concept, yet it is none the less deeply felt. Beatings & Salivations Everybeing! Creativity is something blatantly important to me as is no doubt evidenced by the 28 OCs I have posted here of the some forty plus I have, they're linked altogether at the bottom of my About Me page in my Profile & I would deeply cherish anything you wish to say about them! Among which of those I am proudest most of is my Draconequusona, His/My Ask Thread and my Hydra, Gallimaufry or "Mauf" and their own Ask Thread! Either way, sufficed to say, I am quite confident I have more OCs than you! Crazier to! Do You have a tatzelpony?! No, I rather think you don't! Hew-Hew-hew! Starlight Serenade 3,498 March 10, 2024 Share March 10, 2024 100%. In fact, let's prove this with an inanimate object that everypony has OBJECTIVELY fallen in love with at one point in their lives; their beds after a long day. Or just beds in general. Jokes aside, I can see this question apply for many material things depending on the person.
