Apple Bloom hands down! My very first viewing of MLP with the Nightmare Moon Arc was "meh" overall (I needed to see a few more episodes before I got hooked). But when I saw Apple Bloom saying, "Aren't you gunna stay for brunch?" just did this to my heart:

That's the first pony I saw who I wanted to see more of just for the pure cuteness factor (I was not disappointed)
