The show got popular because of how bad it is, that is the thing.  People only watch it if it's terrible.  The comic book is an example, they think we like that because it's got such a large audience that really is laughing at it, and they go and waste money and make a comic.

I always wondered what a honey boo boo was. I thought it was a yogi bear character that i haven't heard of before. I was wrong and i am sad i was.
