I like AFI a lot. Plus, the lead singer? Hot. They're on tour right now, but skipping San Francisco which makes me very sad. I also like Fall Out Boy and Panic! At the Disco a lot. blink.png

My favourite band is Disturbed, I love them so much that I've got some of their album artwork tattooed on my back ;)

I love every song they've ever done, probably the only band I've listened to that I love every song from to be honest. :P

My favorite band of all time is Haste The Day. Listen through their discography in order; it's like watching the evolution of metalcore throughout the 2000s.

Vildhjarta, Swallow The Sun, Blind Guardian and many more. My "favourite bands" change every day. One day I can listen to some post rock and on the other I suddenly switch to doom metal.

Born in Lyonshall, a village near Kington, Herefordshire, her career began when she met record producer Starsmith and Frankmusik she was later spotted by Jamie Lillywhite who later became her manager and A&R. Goulding signed to Polydor Records in 2009, in which she released her first EP in 2009, An Introduction to Ellie Goulding.[2]

Her cover of Elton John's "Your Song" reached number two in the UK in December 2010 and on 29 April 2011 she performed the song at the wedding reception of Prince William and Catherine Middleton at Buckingham Palace. The album's title track, "Lights", was released in the US in March 2011, and peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 nearly a year and a half later during its thirty-third week charting, completing one of the longest ever climbs into the top two positions on the chart. The single, which lasted over a year on the Billboard Hot 100, was also certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).[3][4]

Goulding's second album Halcyon was released in October 2012 to generally positive reviews from critics.[5] "Anything Could Happen" preceded the album as the lead single, reaching the top five in the UK as well as the top twenty in Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. As of June 2013, she has sold an estimated 3 million albums and 10 million singles worldwide.[6] Her achievements include a Brit Award and a BBC Sound of.... Imagine Dragons! Amazing band. :)

With Pete Wentz as the band's primary lyricist and Patrick Stump as the primary composer, Fall Out Boy broke out of the underground music scene and reached mainstream success with their major label album From Under the Cork Tree. Released in 2005 as the follow-up to their 2003 debut Take This to Your Grave, the album won several awards and achieved double platinum status after selling more than 2.7 million albums in the United States, spawning top ten singles "Sugar, We're Goin Down" and "Dance, Dance".

In 2007, Fall Out Boy released their third album Infinity on High, to major chart success, debuting at number one on the Billboard 200 and selling 260,000 copies in its first week, with top five chartings worldwide. It contained the hits "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race" and "Thnks fr th Mmrs". The group released Folie à Deux in 2008 and further evolved their musical palette. The group announced an indefinite hiatus in late 2009, stating that they had not broken up, rather that the members were taking a rest and engaging in various side projects. Stump released a solo album called Soul Punk in 2011, Wentz formed Black Cards, while Hurley and Trohman formed The Damned Things and then respectively moved onto With Knives and Enabler. Fall Out Boy was ranked the 93rd Best Artist of the 2000–10 decade by Billboard.[4] On February 4, 2013, Fall Out Boy announced their comeback with a new album, Save Rock and Roll, as well as a tour and a new single.[5] The album sold 154,000 units in its first week to become the band's second No. 1 album, with the top 15 lead single "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" preceding it. On October 15, 2013, the band released their punk EP PAX AM Days bundled with Save Rock And Roll and as a separate EP.

Geez... These questions are always tough. Time to give it my best shot.

My favorite band of all time has got to be Red Hot Chili Peppers. I like every song they've ever made, and have most of their albums. They rank the 3rd largest percentage of the music on my mp3 player. Their style, lyrical content, and their personality are all excellent. They are very spiritual and idealistic, like myself, and loads of other things besides.

My second favourite artistic group is the RuneScape musical staff. Runescape has the largest percentage of my mp3 player, because of the sheer number of quality songs which exist in the game. There's different styles of tracks, and all of them conjure different thoughts and memories in my head. I listen to RS music when I need to focus, as it is not too obtrusive, and is associated with something I enjoy.

I like any number of New Age and Classical artists. I have numerous soundscapes, binaurals, subliminal music, and soft melodies, because they reflect my very relaxed, spiritual and intellectual nature. I also enjoy cultural music, from foreign countries, because cultural exposure is excellent for broadening one's horizons.

As for my current listening habits (we all have our moods and such). I am listening to loads of MLP music, both fanmade and original. MLP music has introduced me to various genres of electronica. My favorite electronic genre is progressive house, because it is similar to New Age music. Dubstep is cool too. MLP has also brought me to the wonderful indie band Hey Ocean!.

So, I think I have rambled enough. I think it's clear that I love music in general. The only genres I won't really listen to are the darker or more agressive forms of metal. The very chaotic and unbalanced nature of such genres kind of resonate negatively with my generally stable state of being. There's nothing wrong with them, and they can sound good, but there's just something that echoes in them that doesn't agree with me.

Zedd

All hail Zedd. The king of House.

But seriously, I love Zedd. I listen to his music literally every single day of my life. And try to every minute of it. Every time I listen to his music (usually depending on what song I'm listening to) I feel happy. And ready to go and actually do something productive for once. lol

My favourite song by Zedd is Spectrum.

Led Zeppelin were an English rock band formed in London in 1968. The band consisted of guitarist Jimmy Page, singer Robert Plant, bassist and keyboardist John Paul Jones, and drummer John Bonham. The group's heavy, guitar-driven sound, rooted in blues on their early albums, has drawn them recognition as one of the progenitors of heavy metal, though their unique style drew from a wide variety of influences, including folk music.

After changing their name from the New Yardbirds, Led Zeppelin signed a deal with Atlantic Records that afforded them considerable artistic freedom. Although the group was initially unpopular with critics, they achieved significant commercial success with albums such asLed Zeppelin (1969), Led Zeppelin II (1969), Led Zeppelin III (1970), their untitled fourth album (1971), Houses of the Holy (1973), and Physical Graffiti (1975). Their fourth album, which features the track "Stairway to Heaven", is among the most popular and influential works in rock music, and it helped to cement the popularity of the group.

Page wrote most of the music early in Led Zeppelin's career, while Plant generally supplied the songs' lyrics. Jones' keyboard-based compositions later became central to the group's music, and their later albums featured greater experimentation. The latter half of the band's career saw a series of record-breaking tours that earned them a reputation for excess and debauchery. Although they remained commercially and critically successful, their output and touring schedule were limited in the late 1970s, and the group disbanded following Bonham's death from alcohol-related asphyxia in 1980. In the decades since, the surviving members have sporadically collaborated and participated in one-off Led Zeppelin reunions. The most successful of these was at the 2007 Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert in London, with Jason Bonham taking his late father's place behind the drums.

Led Zeppelin are widely considered one of the most successful, innovative and influential rock groups in history. They are one of the best-selling music artists in the history of audio recording; various sources estimate the group's record sales at 200 to 300 million units worldwide. With 111.5 million RIAA-certified units, they are the second-best-selling band in the United States.[1] Each of their nine studio albums placed on the Billboard Top 10 and six reached the number-one spot.[2] Rolling Stone magazine described them as "the heaviest band of all time",[3] "the biggest band of the '70s"[4] and "unquestionably one of the most enduring bands in rock history".[5]They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995; the museum's biography of the band states that they were "as influential in that decade [the 1970s] as the Beatles were in the prior one
