Rainbow Dash is one of my favorites, but I gotta say, how many times has Rainbow slammed into a wall, floor, or anything else? She has to be the strongest pony to take that many blows and not get harmed. What could of POSSIBLY made Rainbow be in the hospital in Saturday's Episode?

 

I also wonder how she magically got that bandage in the end of May the best pet win.

Like you said Rubix, she is physically indestructable(she Sonic Rainboomed straight into the ground in Lesson Zero and came out totally unscathed), but that doesn't really stop her from getting sick does it(as Fizzy said).

Her butterfly effect makes butterflies indestructible, and as she landed on them the butterflies were protected by magical barrier and she was protected by the air cushion generated by butterflies.
