Quite not sure what's the massage here or what direction are they're tying to get at.  I know this movie is inspired by  Milligan's case but what have become a movie that would have a potential for the audiences to get a better understanding of DID has become nothing more but a horror film at the end with a misconceptions of those with DID. What's worse, it  ends with  this comic "villain" theme, that could lead to a sequel.  so which is it? a psychological movie, horror, or comic studio???

If you want to get a better understanding of DID read or watch an actual case. But I'll say James McAvoy did a wonderful job for his character.

Porco Rosso. Another great Studio Ghibli movie. Said to be made with the travelling Japanese businessman in mind, but really great for anyone. I loved it.
