Sakura Angels (did all of the choices and as a result, unlocked all of the gallery images! Now I'm kinda sad though, because it's over ...), and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (veteran difficulty- some of those missions were a freaking bitch!).

I really loved Sakura Angels. Having played Sakura Spirit before (which I also liked- it's unrelated story-wise AFAIK, but made by the same people), I believe that SA was a lot more ... fleshed out? I personally liked the characters and the storyline better, and there were plenty more choices to be made (which didn't really lead to an entirely different storyline mind you, but I certainly felt more involved). Regardless, I thought the whole thing was super cute overall, and I enjoyed every minute of it. =^.^= Oh and I now claim Hikari as my waifu <3

As for CoD 4 ... 'twas a great game. Disregarding the frustration it caused me, I had fun playing through the campaign once more again (probably for my third or fourth time now?). :squee:

After beating Journey for the second time, I beat Limbo afterwards.

Journey: As special as the first time; probably even moreso as I had traveling companions that actually made it all the more special. I doubted how much more that would add to it, and while it wasn't anything big, it felt so special. This may be a possible addition to my top-12.

Limbo: The first half felt really special, but as it went on it kinda dragged a bit. It's worth a play, but don't expect the atmosphere to remain consistent.

Alien Isolation, Alice: Madness Returns, Metroid Prime 1, 2, and 3 on Hard. Some of the best games I ever played period. If you ever get your hands on them, give 'em a try!

Metroid Fusion (Thank you Nintendo eShop!). I've been wanting to play that game for years, and it did not disappoint! I managed to beat it in 4 hours with an item percentage of 49%. Pretty decent, I'd say. Though, for being a 2D GBA game, it was pretty scary at times. That SA-X, man!

Earlier I beat Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 on Prince of Darkness difficulty. By the end of the game I forgot I was even on that difficulty cuz I found methods of easy-healing and bosses are a joke when you have full magic and health bars from carrying over your previous playthrough's stats.

I finished Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins last night, didn't even realize how close to the end I was since I hadn't played it for a while lol...

The last fight against Wario was really good tho

I legit just beat Donkey Kong Country 2 for the first time literally 10 minutes ago! K.Rool holds the record now for me as one of the HARDEST bosses I've ever faced in a video game...I seriously just spent about an hour on the final boss (going back and forth with my wife) and now...it's over! And the ending? Priceless...
