What's better? Gangnam Style or Harlem Shake?

What is better? The Korean Gangnam Style dance by the one and only PSY, or the hilarious Harlem Shake by... I don't know? It doesn't matter, what's better? I like Harlem shake.

I prefer Gangnam Style. I liked the beginning of the Harlem Shake song, but people doing idiotic things with it kind of ruined it for me. I know that's the point and all...but...meh.

Gangnam Style is a good song that comes with a unique choreographed dance.

 

Harlem Shake is a terrible song that is only known for the first 30 seconds (the rest seems to be exactly the same as that so you're not missing much) with a "dance" consists of two moves, specifically "Do nothing" and "Flail randomly."

 

That said, there's a lot more room for Harlem Shake videos to be unique on their own due to the simple premise and open format. It doesn't really matter what group does Gangnam Style it's always the same. Harlem Shake is only USUALLY the same (and when it is, it's very much less entertaining than Gangnam Style).

 

Basically, Gangnam Style is better, but Harlem Shake can bring you variations like

This, honestly. I did like Gangnam Style at first but after so many jokes and hearing it so many times the value of the song kind of diminished altogether.

Harlem Shake. The stupidity of it makes it funny! One person dancing, and then like 50 doing some sorts of wierd seizures. But there actually are things that occur everytime. For Example, the first person to start the Harlem Shake is usually wearing a hard hat, or helmet.

Also, there's usually one person humping the wall, if there is one to be seen.

Honestly,I don't like both of 'em.Gangnam Style was annoying and a bad song and the Harlem Shake was just the Dougie all over again.

Neither both songs are way over-hyped and quite frankly suck... I think Gangnam Style is funny so since it does that for me I will say Gangnam Style only because it is somewhat humorous. Otherwise I hate both songs :X

The only thing either song has going for them is the catchyness. Neither are exceptionally brilliant songs, but Gagnam Style has more creativity going for it. As someone already said, Harlem shake is basically a 30 second song that's on replay for however long the full song is.

also, I never saw Harlem Shake...but I've seen Gangam Style...my first opinion of it was: , but the beat to it, was like I never did understand the lyrics, but it's quite catchy...and the fact, that it's got Belibers in an uproar, because PSY appears to be more popular than Bieber (then again, a jar of mayo's more popular than him.
