In my opinion... This is the order:

 

1)Rainbow Dash: A run-lover, Loves to show off, A Sorta Meanie, very loyal to my friends, teacher and the people whom I trust, quite lazy, very stubborn and likes to read adventure-related books when I'm stuck somewhere like the time when got into an accident and being sent to the hospital...

 

A very big difference here with the other five...

 

2)Twilight Sparkle: Likes to learn...

3)Applejack: A strong and athletic pony...

4)Pinkie Pie: Likes to party...

5)Fluttershy: Stands up to friend when being bullied (Not Really)

6)Rarity: I got nothing...  -_-

Most like:
1. Apple Jack - I'm honest, I haven't got anything to hide, but that isn't always a good thing. I also love the great outdoors, and have worked on a farm in a sense. I'm stronger than I look. Also I don't start fights but I don't back down.
2. Twilight - I like to read, and I hold to the saying "knowledge is power". Also like Twi, despite being academically smart I do better at a practical assesment than a written exam.
3. Rarity - I appreciate the finer things in life, including good manners, and I don't like saying it because I think it sounds smug; but I'd always rather give a gift than receive one.

Least like:
4. Fluttershy - I'm too outspoken, and if somebody thinks I'm gonna be their verbal whipping boy they can think again because they will get a verbal whipping back and with twice the venom. I do like animals though.
5. Rainbow Dash -  I value physical fitness but I'm not competitive about it, also I'm neither a sore loser nor a bad winner. Re: running of the leaves... I fealt like RD was just too overkeen to be some kind of "special snowflake" in athletic competition that it drove her to be a cheater, which is less forgivable than when AJ cheated because I feel like AJ was provoked in a way by RD using her wings beforehand. The only quality I share with RD is loyalty but that's not enough to be truly relatable IMO. (Though I hope her character develops more.)
6. Pinkie Pie - Yeah I like a party as much as the next person, but despite being willing to give folks the benefit of the doubt I think I'm too cynical in general, also something about Pinkie actually grinds my gears unlike the other 5, even though she has one of her better moments in the parasprite episode. That opened me up to love and tolerate her more.


p.s. if you like FS. RD or PP don't take it personally, and I'm totally cool if you just don't "gel" well with Twi, AJ, or Rarity.

1. Twilight Sparkle

 

Well, I like reading and prefer staying at home than going out and doing stuff.

 

2. Rarity

 

Not the cleanliness part, I'm a bit of a slob xD. But, I'm fairly generous with my stuff. Sometimes too generous.

 

3. Fluttershy

 

I'm shy around strangers, and don't do anything too crazy. But, if they strike up a conversation I may talk, or sometimes not. Depends on my mood.

 

4. Pinkie Pie

 

I'm extremely hyper and occasionally random around friends and people I know. I'm okay at cheering people up as well.

 

5. Rainbow Dash

 

I'm lazy, and don't like doing stuff too much. I can be athletic if the occasion calls for it, but usually not so much.

 

6. Applejack

 

As said above, I'm pretty lazy. On that aspect, me and her are like opposites. I'm generally as truthful as I can be, and feel really uncomfortable while telling lies.

Interesting topic! I know I've done this with the Konoiche, but don't think I ever have with the Mane Six

 

From most to least:

 

1) Pinkie Pie: I like making people smile and meeting new friends, but sometimes depend too much on others to make me happy

2) Rarity: Yeah, I can be a bit of a drama queen, but I'm also creative like her

3) Applejack: I can be a bit stubborn and uncouth, but I also care a lot about my family. I'm not honest, at all, though. In fact, I'm a pretty good liar!

4) Rainbow Dash: Don't relate to her quite so much, but I do like a good prank every now and then

5) Twilight Sparkle: I like reading and I sometimes worry about dumb things

6) Fluttershy: IDK...I guess I like animals. Sometimes. But I like people more. :shrug

 

Not too surprisingly, Pinkie, Rarity and AJ are my 3 favorites, although I do really like Twilight and Fluttershy too.

I am very shy and taciturn. I feel uncomfortable in the company of people, especially in the larger group. I do not shy away from people, I'm just very bad in interacting with them. In the group I usually keep oneself to oneself because I'm not able to join in or initiate conversation, or to focus the attention on myself. A lot of things I relive inside my head, sometimes I stifle my pain and anger inside, so that I could explode if I wasn't able to stop it. But I'm not a doormat. I like animals, but I have no patience for them.

 

Twilight Sparkle
I'm nerdy like her, I'm kind of a thinker, and I try to approach everything rationally. I'm socially awkward and sometimes some people actions irritate me. Although in spite of all I like the company, however, generally I'm a loner -  that way I regenerate my energy. More than a books, I like to play computer games and watch movies or TV series. I like science fiction and fantasy, I'm interested in the various scientific curiosities and astrophysics.

Rarity
I like art, but I don't make any - ok maybe I try ineptly to draw something. I especially like paintings and music. I love listening to music - but I guess this can be classified as being related to Fluttershy. Regarding work, if I do something I care about, I try to do everything perfectly. I also don't like to get dirty when I do something. I try to take care of my appearance and I sometimes take to myself what other say about me. I'm generous to friends.

Applejack
I'm very lazy but if it is necessary, I can work hard (but rather not physically). I'm not too honest, and I'm not a very responsible.

Rainbow Dash
I think the only thing that connects me with her is loyalty. I am very attached to people, and I am loyal to them.

Pinkie Pie
Somehow it's hard to me to refer to her. Maybe one day I was happier, I don't like parties at all. Maybe I would do crazy things if I had someone appropriate.

3. Applejack - I consider myself an honest and upright person. I'm very dedicated to my family, I'm fairly strong, and I am pretty simple. I'm definitely more practical than fashionable or stylish. The biggest difference is that I'm really laid back whereas AJ's a workaholic.

 

4. Pinkie Pie - I'm usually pretty optimistic and carefree, and I have a huge sweet tooth.

 

5. Rainbow Dash - I've always considered myself a tomboy just because of my interests. I don't have Dash's competitive nature, courage, or arrogance though.

 

6. Rarity - Probably the only thing I have in common with Rarity is a love of cats. I don't relate to Rarity at all, but that's why I like her so much.

1. Applejack: Though I make no claim of being perfect I do have a strong sense of right and wrong and highly value being true to both yourself and others. I can also be very stubborn, set in my ways and sometimes reluctant to admit I was wrong.

 

2. Twilight Sparkle: In the past I had a great deal of trouble socializing and making friends but got better over the years though for me it took a lot longer than Twilight. I also have an inquisitive mind and love of reading and learning new things, and a very powerful inner nerd.

 

3. Rainbow Dash: I am not as competitive or as arrogant as Rainbow Dash but I do consider myself an athlete which would I guess also give me another thing in common with Applejack. I have been doing weight lifting on and off since high school and became quite the beast, I have grown a bit soft but do plan on getting into it. Loyalty is of course important to me as well.

 

4. Pinkie Pie: I am not as much of a party animal as Pinkie Pie but I do like a good joke though my sense of humor can be a bit more cynical and NSFW than Pinkie Pie's at times.

 

5. Fluttershy: I used to be fairly shy as a kid but then my inner Applejack kicked in. I do like animals though not nearly as much as she does.

 

6. Rarity: I have a strong creative side though my medium is music instead of fashion.

Twilight Sparkle - I find things that most would think are extremely dull to be quite fascinating. We both have a mind for things factual and fantastic, and are — or at least began as — very socially inept. While we've both made significant strides in overcoming that, we still have our moments. She and I can appreciate a quiet day indoors with no distractions with only the characters in our books and minds for company. She's more fearful of the future than I am though. Failure isn't something that intimidates me, and I don't worry about failing those closest to me because anyone worth having around will gladly take me with my shortcomings.

 

Applejack - She enjoys physical labor more than anyone else I've seen in the show, her brother included, and would prefer simply to get things done than think them through too much. She's not an idiot, even if her way of speaking is the least elegant of the Six, and is the most resolute pony I can think of. Her desire to pull her friends' weight ungrudgingly in addition to her own, regardless of the cost or hardship to herself, is what I believe to be her most admirable quality. All of these things I can see in myself albeit to lesser degrees than in Applejack.

 

Fluttershy - Growing up in the boonies meant I lived and spent a lot of time in wooded areas. Saw plenty of wildlife of all kinds out there. My whole life I've had an affinity for animals; I just love critters. Fluttershy is in a league of her own. I don't have her ability to befriend every animal I see. However, dogs and cats love me. Almost every time I meet a new dog, cat, bird, hamster, or whatever pet someone may own, they cling to me. I've heard it said that animals have a keen extra sense regarding people's personalities and intentions, and I'd like to think that they see something in me that makes me more approachable than most. Like Fluttershy, I'm usually quiet and reserved, content to stand by and listen than engage strangers in conversation. There was a time when I was as apprehensive in social situations as she, but these days I'm just... there.

 

Rainbow Dash - I'm not at all athletic. I try to take care of myself well enough, but that's not the same thing. Sports don't interest me and I'm not very competitive. Rainbow Dash is a loudmouth and a bit of a braggart for several reasons beyond simple ego, all of which I can appreciate, but don't share to the same degree. We have few personality traits in common, and those we share are different by orders of magnitude. She lives by that tidbit of advice that Q gave James Bond when he left at the end of The World Is Not Enough, “Never let them see you bleed.” So do I, though mostly in serious situations in which others might rely on me for support, not so much with everyday things just to make myself look invincible. What we share in abundance is her element - loyalty. Anyone who has known me for any length of time here knows that I'm not the easiest person to engage in conversation, and I don't have much to say to my friends most of the time. Sorry about that. It's just how I am despite my best efforts. On the other hand, I care greatly for everyone's well-being and if there's ever anything I can do to help out a friend, I'm all too glad to do it. My family can also irritate me to no end — and they do with some regularity — but there's nothing I won't do for them when they're in need.

 

Pinkie Pie - Similar to how I relate to Rainbow Dash. I'm not very vocal or sociable, but I care about people and want to make those closest to me happy if I can. They might as well be tied here.

 

Rarity - No, I don't dislike her. In fact, I like her very much. We just don't have much in common that I can see beyond a penchant for generosity when someone is in dire need. I don't care much about my clothes. I try to be clean and organized, but I don't mind grime and pain when it's necessary. Discomfort is actually enjoyable to me, in an Applejack kind of way.

Pinkie pie: we both have tons n tons of energy. I like to laugh and have fun. I do enjoy meet new friends as mush as old friends, and I do throw a good party.

 

Fluttershy: I do like to see my already friends but I don't like to meet new people. I am pretty sensitive. Scratch that, I'm very sensitive. I love pets. They are so cute and cuddly. However, I am capable of standing up for myself.

 

Twilight sparkle: I study when I can but I know I need to do it more. I like to read and I am socially awkward. I'm currently in my princess phase so, yeah.

 

Applejack: I do love apples a lot but I'm not the farmer type. I like to get dirty but I'm not a hard worker.

 

Rainbow dash: I just don't do sports. I'm not fast and thought I'm very energetic by nature, I wouldn't call it exercising. I'm a good sport when I lose and don't brag at all. I do wish I was twenty percent cooler.

 

Rarity: I dislike rarity. I'm not picky and I am quite the tomboy. ( if you love rarity then you should stop reading) Personally I think rarity is an upper class snob that is very spoiled and gets everything she wants. Sorry y'all

Funny how my favorite M6 ponies are the three I relate to the least.

I relate extremely well to Fluttershy's lack of social skills, fear of embarrassment, bad memories and the whole bit. I'm not wild about her design or how she's used on the show all the time, but I know exactly how she feels. Twilight Sparkle isn't far behind her; she thinks about things other ponies don't, is slightly compulsive and anal-retentive and wants to do everything by the book. I share all those traits as well. And I'm like AJ in that I don't mind working hard and I like to keep things simple.
