Now, I have come to love the ponies of MLP so much that I really wouldn't want any creature else. But, If I had to pick, I'd definitely say cats. Cats have been my favorite animals for a long time, so I've always admired them. I could actually see the show sorta working if all the characters were cats. They are cute, just like ponies! Plus, I used to read a series called Warriors that was all about cats. In fact, to this day it's still my favorite book series. Cats would make great pastel colored cartoon characters!

My Little Mantises: Beheading is Magic. Speaking of which, I just went to the kitchen and saw a young mantis feasting on the head of a very small lizard of about 1.5 inches. Which is likely the reason I've found so many headless lizards around the house. Do these insectoid monstrosities eat the head of everything? I know they consume the head of their male partner during mating. If this is true, then I am afraid to even consider the astral traveler reports about 49 feet tall mantises wearing halos of light. Nature... I hate it.
