Nah, if I had to go to Equestria and become one of the ponies, Twilight would be the absolute last choice. The reason is that I would like to meet ant talk with her, not essentially kill her and "wear" her body (it could be fun to subvert the expectations, but not nearly as much fun as actually meeting Twilight). If I had to replace a character, I'd rather choose one that I would not miss that much. But still, I would have extremely hard time believing that I am not insane and this is not some kind of hallucination (or just a dream) and would try to figure out how to prove that this is real without alerting others (and giving myself away as insane). I wouldn't be going to Equestria to try to replace her or anything, I would still be right where I am here, just as a purple pony instead.
