Episode about the Mane Five while Twilight went to the human world?

What if there was an episode about AJ, RD, Rarity, Pinkie, and Fluttershy waiting for Twilight until she came back from the human world? I mean they couldn't have been staying there in front of they mirror for two days could they?

If they are able to tie the movie to the show to make an episode solely on that, I don't see why not. As long as it doesn't affect any of the show's continuity.

Well, i would be curious to see it, but i have a feeling that it won't happen, and that they for the most part were to worried to do much, besides sit waiting. 

 

Or maybe time passage between Equestria and the human world is different. who knows.

I can totally see an episode showing the mane 5's side of the story while twilight was in the human world. They already did something similar when the mane 6 went to the crystal empire while spike stayed back home watching the pets. So why not right?

I don't it will affect the show in any way it's just a little wait until Twilight gets back. (I'm just hoping to see the Mane 5 play video games with Luna until Twilight comes back)

Yep that was exactly what I was thinking Maybe there could be a reason of how Pinkie knew about what Twilight did in the human world... Maybe when everyone went somewhere like to breakfast of a calm walk Pinkie got the chance to go through the mirror and met her human counterpart and they sort of swapped

 

Season 4 might not have The same Pinkie Pie! I hope I wasn't that confusing....

What if it's like the classic Star Trek episode "City on the Edge of Forever"? When Twilight and Spike came back, only minutes had passed. I'd rather see an episode of what the rest of the mane six did while Twilight was off in "Otherspace" when she became a princess.

I could imagine it wouldn't be very interesting, they'd probably be doing their usual chores slowly, and panicky.

However, I guess I could be spiced up, as in, something happens while Twilight is gone, and it's up the the 5 of them to save someone/something - that could probably work.

Episode wise, I don't know. I think they'd all be too worried about Twilight,and wondering what she's doing. They'd pobably stay in Canterlot and do things...who knows.

I think that would work. It could have the other 5 delving into paranoia and fearing the worst for Twilight, then working it out amongst themselves and assuring each other that Twilight is more than capable of getting her crown back. I'd like to see something like that.

I would really like to know what they did while Twilight was gone. Of course, the episode would be quite boring if the ponies just went out to brunch of something. But they could make it interesting. How? Why, of course, if it starred the one and only... (Insert drumroll here)

So, basically, It goes like this:

The Mane 5 & princesses have been sitting there for 15 minutes(/10 hours/enterity. It would depend on who you are.). They decide that maybe time will go faster if they go have fun/do stuff. They all go there own separate ways and do thing at the crystal empire, agreeing to all return an hour before the portal closes.

 

However, Pinkie Pie is to impatient to wait that long. Making sure no one is nearby, she steps into the mirror. (This would be like during second period or something. A good time before CHS's lunchtime.)

 

Pinkie Pie's reaction is roughly the same as Twilight's, but she gets a double scare when she finds her counterpart, who was out buying decorations for the Fall Formal(because math isn't any "fun").

 

Scares turn into excitement when they find their counterparts. Pinkie Pie the human teaches pony Pinkie how to act like like a human, and they (simomtaneosly, because this is Pinkie Pie) to swich places for the next couple days, until the portal closes.

 

So after some quick lessons on each other's lives,

And how to act like a pony, etc. they set off into each other's lives/worlds.

 

So we swich back and forth with each Pinkie, get some akward moments, etc, ella ella ella etc, blah blah blah blah, you can guess roughly what happens here.

 

I don't know what you think, but I think I know what to write about in my first fanfic!

As for the idea it, seems a little weak to me. This would work better for after the movie, than a what did they do while Twilight was gone.

They probably just flipped out when she didn't come back and the time was almost up. But honestly I don't see what the point of an episode of that would be, it would just be like "Will she make it, will she make it??" When clearly we already know what's gonna happen. They probably didn't do much but worry the whole time, not much to make an episode about if you ask me.

Well it's not clear how long they were waiting for Twilight and it's possible that time is different between Equestria and the other realm. I find it hard to believe they waited in that room for three days, so they either came back when they thought she would return or time was different.

I'm torn about this idea, actually. I feel like they may be able to pull this off if they did something like when Spike was taking care of the pets while the mane 6 went to the Crystal Empire. However, I can't really imagine much happening since the others would be so worried about Twilight that I can't imagine them doing much else. I don't know. If the writers could think of an interesting plot, without the mane 5 going out of character, maybe it would work. But I also can't really see it happening as an episode without messing up the show's continuity, I'm just so torn!

Didn't time pass differently between Equestria and the human world? What would take three days in the human world would of just been a few minutes in Equestria. I could be wrong but I got that vibe from the show.

I do believe that it would make an excellent episode, but I think that even If they said what went on in a future episode through exposition, I would be okay with it.
