  1. I doubt it. Doubles has always struck me as the sidebar kind of attraction while the 1v1 is the normal battle mode. I expect they'll probably keep that style mostly as far as the single player experience goes and leave doubles as a sporadic appearance in the game. But hey, I'm pretty sure they've held official doubles tournaments, so you never know.
  2. Has to be crushed. For one thing, crushed ice will cool the drink faster, but mostly importantly I just like the way the... texture(?) is when I want to chew up all the ice. Comes in a bit of a nicer bit size, so to speak. When it comes to cubes, I always end up spitting half of the ice cube back into the drink.
  3. I have to admit, it's kind of grown on me a bit over time. So I may or may not skip it depending on my mood. It's like it's so cheesy that I feel a little guilty for not hating it.
  4. Woops, I'm a little late to the party... Don't venture to this side of the forums all that often. You know I just have to vote for Octavia and Lyra, always have been my favorites; I just have to see them win. Though, I have to say, Countess Coloratura has very, very recently been added to the list. Other votes are Rarity, Roseluck, Starlight Glimmer and Applejack.

    movies/tv Zoids: Thread

Oh man I used to love that show. Wait, now that I think about it wasn't there, like, two different Zoid animes that they showed on Cartoon Network. But, yeah, I love my mecha shows. Really wish they would pop up more often. And on a slightly odd note, was it a morning show? Because whenever I think about Zoids, I think about eating cereal just like I do with the other morning shows of my childhood.
  6. I've been listening to a bunch of BABYMETAL lately
  7. I don't remember which exactly but it was either Tenkaichi 2 or 3. I wasn't a huge fan of the First Budokai's I played to be honest, think it was a little too... "stiff" for me. I don't really think Tenkaichi was amazing as far as fighting game mechanics go but it did have that dbz feel to it with the wide arenas, destructable arenas and whatnot. All the flying around the stage really sold it for me. Plus it had those little like specials that change depending on the characters like the "full power" thing that would immediately max your ki or something like that and other things like temporary stat boosts, solar flare and an instant transmission kinda thing.
  8. Thinking about how I can't sleep right now and how it's like the 3rd night in a row where I've had very little sleep. I can see myself passing out over this weekend... hopefully (because I'll need to actually be awake during the weekdays!). Also feeling just a tad hungry; that always happens on nights like this though...
  9. So I decided to catch up on the show and only just recently watched the Crusaders of the Lost Mark episode. I have to say, as a DT fan, I feel validated.

  10. Thinking of ways to describe songs like this: Theme for Scanty & Kneesocks because I wish I could find more with that feel. All the description I think sound a little weird to me...
  11. It really depends. If they leave the canon name there, then sure I'll use it. If it's just blank as a default, just know that I'm not gonna go look for what the canon name is and I'll make something up on the spot if I'm in an RP mood. In that case I go with a that I think fits the game's setting. Of course if it's a game that I expect to primarily be playing online with others, I'll probably go with Mutemutt or PuppyChow because that's just kind of my online identity I suppose. I'll also default to those names in offline games if I'm not in an RP mood.
  12. My default one is dandandanganronpa. Man I love that feel it has. for my brother specifically, because he keeps bothering me about playing League of Legends lately:
  13. The first thing that comes to mind is the Gameboy Advance SP, but then I realize that my most found memory of that system was Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles which is a Gamecube game. Not that it was the only game I played on the system, mind you. Crystal Chronicles is just one of my fonder gaming memories. If I take the Crystal Chronicles out of the Gameboy Advance memories, then I would have to say that my favorite handheld is the psp. It had a lot of good features, and plenty of memorable games I played on it.
  14. Terrible. Constantly forget names, faces, dates, birthdays, you name it. I've even had to calculate my own age on occasion Heck, I'd probably forget my birthday too if I wasn't constantly using it on so many forms and such. Guess my brain just doesn't file most of that stuff as "important to remember" and it just slips away.
  15. I have to say... Witch time looks really cool. I also have to say I love how fancy they're getting with some of the characters mechanically. Well, I'm mostly thinking about Ryu when I say that ( which is also the most out there character to be added, I still can't get over that), but they do a nice job of making the characters feel really unique and paying homage to the games they come from originally. But that's what I find the most impressive about how they handled Ryu! Surely enough, they could have just plopped Ryu in with no directional input special moves and called it a day but they went out of their way to make Ryu play like Ryu plays in Street Fighter. Maybe it's because I like doing those kinds of inputs for special moves, but I think it's really cool they retained the Street Fighter in Ryu.
  16. I have to admit that I'm interested. I love my fighting games and pokemon is a series that I still kinda like. But I do have to also admit that I'm more a fan of traditional "airdash" fighters like BlazBlue, Guilty Gear, Persona 4 Arena, Under Night In-Birth and so on. Still it looks interesting enough to try.
  17. If it's not in the console, it's in the case. It really annoys me when people leave my discs just out in the open or put them in a random case. It makes me feel like they really don't care if something happens to it or if I had to search high and low to find it because it was in some random spot; Not cool :okiedokielokie:
  18. So good~~ I even sing along to it sometimes. No lie.
  19. Normally, I just stop trying to fall asleep and focus on staying awake. Sounds weird, sure, but by the time I feel like sleeping I'm worried that I'll end up oversleeping. I usually just play games or watch youtube videos to stay up.
  20. I'd like to let them out (and sometimes I do even if it's mostly to essentially anonymous internet users >.> ), if only because I think it would be better to not to keep them bottled up. But, the sad truth is I'm usually too afraid to tell people how I feel. I don't know, it just puts you in such a vulnerable spot when you put yourself out there like that. Sometimes people react positively, other times not so much. So nope, I shy away from that; if they ask, I'm always doing "ok" or "fine". I have found a bit of asylum in writing my thoughts out though. It doesn't feel as vulnerable when you know no one's going to critique and judge. It's much easier than trying to get someone to actually listen to what you have to say as well.
  21. I'd like to say not so bad, though my record lately hasn't been so great... I put off taking the test until my sophomore year or so in college even though I had been driving on the road plenty before that. Took 3 tries to pass (flipping parking cones, I swear. Auto failure for hitting those. No one's gonna park right on the line, right? They wouldn't be able to get out of the car in the first place!). To be honest, I've just never really liked driving. If I had it my way, I'd have a personal chauffeur take me everywhere.
  22. Well, the latest one is Undertale. Before that was The Last of Us. Can't think of much else at the moment, but know that I loved both games to death. They just really grabbed at my empathy so to speak. Heck, I even felt genuine terror at a point in The Last of Us, and it's not even a scary game.
