  1. For worst, probably House of the Dead 2 or maybe Sniper 2. For best...idk, probably, like, Red Dead Redemption, or something. When voice acting is good, it is hard for me to notice since I am immersed. Just Cause 2 had bad voice acting? I never noticed when I played. I mean, I knew it wasn't the best, but I was much too busy blowing everything up, I suppose.
  2. Stupid social networking sites=/=the entirety of a computer's purpose. If you meant to be talking about those who spend their time on social networking sites, perhaps you should have said social networking sites instead of computers. As for me, without my computer, I wouldn't have been able to learn any kind of programming(and, it would have been for naught, anyway), I wouldn't have been able to learn(albeit, not that much) Russian, I probably wouldn't be a paintballer(or at least not much of one, and a bit more lost in how to play well), I would have never heard of Roadside Picnic or Metro 2033, I wouldn't be a Brony, and I'd probably just spend my days playing video games on a console instead.
  3. I normally follow a fairly regular sleep pattern. Go to sleep at 12, wake up at 5-6. But, a lot of times when I have a week or more off from school I'll get caught up doing something, like foruming or playing a video game, since I don't feel obligated to obey a sleep schedule, and I end up screwing up my sleeping pattern to, like, not being able to go to sleep until 4 and waking up at 10-11. I just pull an all-nighter, then go to sleep at the proper time the next night when I do that.
  4. I'm not much of an avid reader, per se, but Metro 2033 and Roadside Picnic. Russian sci-fi novels. Roadside Picnic inspired the movie "Stalker" and the video game series STALKER. Metro 2033 inspired many, many different stories set in the same universe in multitudes of languages as well as the Metro 2033 video game and the soon to come Metro: Last Light video game. You can find English versions of RP on Amazon and you might be able to find an English Metro 2033 there, as well, but I bought my Metro 2033 on TheBookDepository. But, if you live in 'Merica, it'll take a while for Metro 2033 to get to you if you order it off of TBD, since it is in the UK.
  5. I am an aromantic. Never been in a relationship and never seen the appeal of being in one. Albeit, I am young, and my romantic views may change someday, definitely not while I am still in school. I can't understand why people try to "date" and even have sexual relationships in school.
  6. CreepyPastas don't usually have much of an effect on me. I haven't read a whole lot of them, but most of the seemingly popular ones; Jeff the Killer, Slender Man, The Ticket Taker(or whatever it was), BEN, Smile.dog, etc. However, SCP-106 and Smile.dog did freak me out a good bit. But, for Smile.dog, it was the image, not the actual CreepyPasta. For SCP-106, it was partially the CreepyPasta, but mostly what he was like in SCP CB. Gods, he was so damn freaky; he's probably the only thing that has ever truly kept me up at night due to fear...
  7. I've seen a lot of people who do give a buck and seemingly can't always distinguish between trolls and serious haters. I've also seen a lot of "fellow" Bronies who hate other Bronies almost as heatedly as an anti-Brony would. The stupidity is on both sides of the spectrum. And, from a lot of my experience, it seems the number of those that don't care and the number of those that seriously do aren't too different from each other.
  8. There is no such thing as an intelligent anti-Brony or an intelligent argument for why being a Brony is wrong. Judging and hating people for the sole reason that they enjoy watching a certain show is simply not intelligent. And, as for which side debates their point more intelligently and objectively percentage wise, it almost certainly goes to Bronies. But, not as to say that I haven't seen a lot of fellow Bronies arguing their point just as moronically as I have seen those who hate Bronies argue theirs.
  9. Before actually watching the show, I hadn't thought of it. I was convinced I wouldn't like Fluttershy, since from how I saw her depicted in the various images a bunch of Bronies posted on a forum I used to go to, I thought she would be the diva. But, after watching a bit I started to really like Fluttershy and Rarity, and once I saw Hurricane Fluttershy, I decided she was my fav pony.
  10. Yeah. Up until I started watching MLP, I never really watched TV. It's pretty much the only series I bother to watch new episodes and recordings of on a regular basis.
  11. Doom metal. Don't know why, but ever since I heard some of it for the first time, I very much enjoyed it. Although, I don't tell many people in real life.
  12. As has been said before me, yes and no. While I would very much enjoy meeting one or multiple of the ponies we've all come to love, I doubt it would be good for either party to have them just materialize one day in our world.
  13. Ever since I recorded all of the episodes on my DVR, almost everyday I get up, open up my recordings, find MLP, and click "play all"; if that counts as watching them. As they are playing, I turn around and actually pay attention to them every once in a while.
  14. It's not all about looks, m8. You don't have to wear your glasses 24/7 if you don't want to, anyway. I never did; only when I was in class or watching something on TV. However, since I am a paintball player, I have to be able to see, and it is a pain to wear glasses under my mask, so I decided I would go to contacts. Ever since I finally got contacts, I've been very happy and hardly ever use my glasses anymore. Being able to see much clearer(no freaking scratches or smudges, and my eyesight has changed since I got classes, so I needed a different prescription anyway) and for all day makes me much happier. And, putting them in is hard at first(at least it was for me), but you should get the hang of it in a few days to a week. However contacts can get very uncomfortable and can dry out, but you can always move them around to adjust them and use rewetting drops. Supposedly, you can use your contact solution in the place of rewetting drops(I've heard eyedrops are just solution in smaller bottles and more expensive), but I asked my doctor what I should use and you probably should, too. Anyway, tl;dr version'd probably be that you shouldn't be focused on how it makes you look, and you should just give contacts a try and then decide if you want them or not.
  15. A lot of Brony musicians leave DL links in the descriptions of YT videos. Most of the time they are free, but, if not and you don't feel like giving money to support the artist or are broke(like me), you can rip the MP3 of the YT video itself using any YT 2 MP3 site you so desire. If you want to get it on your phone, the way I do it is that I hook my Android to my computer with a USB, and just put the MP3's into my phone's Music library folder. Pretty easy, but sometimes it takes a while for the songs to appear in my Music on my phone.
  16. As someone with a lot of social anxiety, it is next to impossible for me to not care about what other people think of me, especially in such a judgmental society as the one we live in. But, over time, I've started to try and stick within my own world in which I can ignore the feeling that everyone is looking at me and judging me. Although, many times, my anxiety gets the best of me. However, I am fairly open about my Bronydom, as I wear a bag with Fluttershy on it, openly discuss MLP related things with fellow Bronies, and do not deny it when asked. And, at this point, I seriously don't care if people dislike me for the shows I watch. To me, it is no different than if somebody judged me based on the games I enjoy or books I read. And, I enjoy expressing my enjoyment of certain shows, games, and books. So, just as I express my love for CoF and AoM by wearing a Team Psykskallar hoodie, I wear a Flutterbag to express my enjoyment for MLP.
  17. As has been said before, I believe love and relationships can be found with almost any level of effort, it is all reliant upon chance. Being more outgoing to more different areas, of course, increases your chances of finding someone to share love and a relationship with. And, online dating is definitely a legitimate way to find someone. Take it from me. My 20 year old brother met his current girlfriend online...on Xbox...in a Call of Duty Black Ops or Modern Warfare 3 match. And, they have been with each other for almost 2 years, I believe. And, as for the last part of the OP, no, not everyone consciously seeks love in some way or another. There is such a thing as aromanticism.
  18. I have various survival tools in a survival pack and a stash of MRE's and other survival foods and water. I also have a US Armed Forces Survival Manual I read a large portion of a couple times, as well as a digital copy of the Zombie Survival Guide, but I don't know if that necessarily counts for something. I also have a gas mask! It's a Czech M10 gas mask that I got for 15 USD off of Amazon. It's filters are a pain to get in, the ones in mine are probably useless at this point, and I really can't see a use for it, other than how awesome it is! I wear it every time I play Metro 2033. But, yeah, I am somewhat prepared for various survival situations.
  19. It really depends on the fic. If you are talking about something like Twi and Me, then no, I do not enjoy reading it. But, as I enjoy shipfics, I don't care if it has clop scenes in it, as long as it is an enjoyable read.
  20. Very, very sexy. In srsns, I do not find cartoon horses sexually attractive, but much more aesthetically pleasing than, say, a human. Perhaps because I generally have an abhorrence to those of my own species, especially nowadays, but meh.
  21. Various MLP-related activities, Replaying Fallout: New Vegas(especially Dead Money!), STALKER, Paintball, Killing Floor, Lurking, Re-reading Metro 2033 or Roadside Picnic, Finding various mods for Skyrim(not using them, just finding them and downloading them), etc.
  22. Definitely Fallout for favourite series. And, of course, Fallout: New Vegas for favourite game. I liked 1 and 2, but New Vegas will always be my favourite.
  23. I like it, to be honest... I don't get all the hate for the theme. Every time I hear it, it reminds me of when I first decided to watch, and when I first got involved with the community, so I actually enjoy listening to it. Can't say I sing along to it, but I imagine that if I could whistle, I would whistle it a lot.
  24. Probably because those who do that aren't very vocal about it. OP here had the, albeit small amount of, courage to vocalize his unpopular opinion in real life and did so calmly, so I imagine he feels somewhat proud of himself and wanted to share. I ignore everyone in real life like the plague, regardless of their discussion topic and if they are bashing on something I like(unless it is New Vegas or STALKER), and, I don't know about you, but doing so doesn't inspire me to make threads on this forum.
  25. Pretty much what the above poster said. I went and fetched the link to WeLoveFine's FAQ which contains its return policy: http://www.welovefine.com/content/9-faq From very, very little skimming, I believe it boils down to that you can return items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and exchange within 30 for a different item or credit.
