    Not sure, the act of eating popcorn while someone is trying to do well....something is a thing I did before I even saw that gif (although I wasn't actually eating popcorn), it's just a general sign of disrespect.

    Well I didn't really have any issues with my mother or sister, my mother just doesn't care and my sister is familiar with bronies. My friends did find it quite funny, although surprisingly they didn't know that much about MLP, truth be told MLP isn't as popular in Europe as it is in the U.S, I knew next to nothing about it prior to FIM becoming popular. So no I don't think most people care because they don't know much about it.

    Hey you're right, this episode came out two years ago and people are still finding plot holes.

    That's quite difficult to know, not only would it be impossible to find all the people who like MLP in the U.S but you'd also have to take into account the popularity of MLP in other countries. Whilst I think it is more likely that there are more young girls who watch this show I wouldn't be surprised if the number of adults watching this show is at least somewhat close.

    MLP hasn't ruined anything for me, I never really liked many mindless action movies but MLP certainly hasn't ruined dark entertainment for me.

    I've noticed that in recent episodes morals seemed to be gone and that the writers are just reiterating "be nice to people", they also seemed to be just giving general life advice as well. Do you think this is true? If so do you like or dislike the change? Do you think there are more morals they could have done?

    Which is why they made a joke out of it. On a more on topic note I don't think just the journal is gone I think the whole moral at the end of an episode concept is gone (or at least going), which makes sense considering that there's only so many ways you can tell people to be nice to each other, it seems to have evolved into just general life advice.

    All I can tell you is that in the real world there's kids suffering a lot worse then being told not to be different and eating bad muffins. Really that village isn't the worst thing imaginable.

    Uuuhhhh...yeah, this is an interesting image, I don't think it's an attack on MLP more so a right-wing drawing about how the left are (supposedly) trying to tell everyone that everything is lovely and good when you follow political correctness.

    Let's see I hate it when people don't get exaggeration as humour, seriously ADoseOfBuckley said it best that's it's just part of comedy, I mean when I say I want to kill G3 ponies it's just an expression and not intended to be taken seriously. I also hate otherkin.

    Oh that's fantastic to hear (take notes northern Ireland)! I happy about this both for the LGBT community and for the fact the Catholic church is losing influence in Ireland.

    Sounds good in theory but if it was actually done it probably wouldn't turn out so good. Hasbro would likely make very simplistic, something like club penguin or bin weevils, plus you'd have a community filled with children, and let me you that is not pleasant.

    They should remain separate, I don't see much point in a crossover, I mean what's really the point in having the characters interact with themselves, plus it would probably create more plot holes.

    I did once to my Dad as a joke, I'm trying to convince him that I've made a religion around my little pony.

    One episode having bad ratings isn't gonna kill the series, from what I understand the first season wasn't all that great in terms of ratings (at least compared to later seasons). And Discovery don't own MLP, it just owns the channel it airs on, the networks usually don't have much creative control. And Hasbro own shares in the channel so it would still be difficult to get it off that channel. So no there's nothing to panic about, not to mention the fact season six is already in development.

    That appear later on as a little reference, and to be honest I didn't really like their music so it doesn't matter to me if they do return or not. The eyes could have been Tirek's, and it's only been one season since the tooth thing so it could be looked at this season for all we know.
