    I like conspiracy theory making, its really fun Let see... Your theory about Celestia brainwashed Crystal ponies to make them believe King Sombra is an evil king, is debunked. Remember Cutie Remark? King Sombra used mind control helmet to control his subjects, to lead them to battlefield to their death, what kind of excuses for his monstrosity? There are no evidence that Celestia could control the map, or possessed elements of harmony after banishing her sister. In multiple universes, there isnt even one universe where Celestia can defeat any villain of the show, even her own sister. The fact Celestia used Crystal Empire citizens just to make a test for Twilight fueled the conspiracy theory.

    It does. If Trixie is the one who sings that song, you will think she just making an excuse for being annoying all the time (which shows in All Bottled Up and To Change a Changeling). However, this is the mane 6 we are talking about... The mane 6 have developed over the years, you can see how far they go, but they still not perfect ponies on Equestria.

    Try to put that moral in the context, do mane 6 try to use it as an excuse for their laziness to change? Would it any different if Trixie is the one who sing that song? Their morals might apply to them but the others might take it the wrong way. Random: For example, i consider 'be yourself' kind of moral is very dangerous moral if the person who said it is a murderer who dont want to be what the society force him to be.

    I just watched the prologue of this episode and I fucking love it already but......... I hope the rest of it will not suck Still have to wait for the official release. All I have to do is replay the first 1 minute of this ep, it's just too lovely. Slice of life is this show's specialty.

    I am afraid that they will be not what i expecting (i just watched 2 of episode leaks, dont blame me) even i heard people like almost of those leaks.

    Another Maud episode (with Pinkie), by Nick Confalone. Hummmm, why i have a feeling this ep will be another version of Rock Solid Friendship? And Pinkie will act over-protective again and this time that guy is really annoying to justify that? Or its all misunderstood? Nick's humors are usually good, his dialogues are usually snappy and fun to watch so this episode wont be boring.

    Sonic run fast but we should know that Rainbow Dash can FLY fast. Sonic still can be slow down by difficulty terrain but RD can fly and she has good awareness when she flying (Testing testing 1,2,3). RD only weakness is her idiocy for plot conveniences to let the mundane bad guy catch her and her enemies are usually magical creature with immense power so RD always is the easy one to take down in the group. She even can drag multiple ponies, carry them while Flying. I didnt even mention the legendary sonic rainboom. Dont forget Sonic need power rings... Bonus: Wait a second, remember how she hide the pie before Pinkie eyes in A BLINK, she is not just fly fast, she can move fast too, and WE KNOW PINKIE, the pony can defy physics, cant even comprehend.

    @twilightfan What a wall of texts, so much passion I feel bad for not replying the same amount of them. I was one of people who despise brony and ponies (shocking). Everytime my friend mention ponies, I ridiculed him and now i am more obsessed to ponies content than that guy, irony. This show just open my eyes that i am not too old to watch this cartoon, i thought egdy stuffs are the only way i can enjoy media, and i was wrong, mlp is the only western cartoon that i care the most for over 3 years. 'Love and tolerance' should belong to any fandom, not just mlp.

    During the time Crusader of the Lost Marks aired, Diamond Tiara's redemption was great, but after two seasons, it's getting worse everytime you think about it, Diamond Tiara become 'background character', no interaction with the CMC, no dialogue AT ALL. Starlight Gimmer backstory can be a bit messy in Cutie Remark but after two season of developing her character, you might find it wasn't as bad as it used to be. They fixed it, the staffs do pretty good jobs at fixing stuffs, like Gauntlet of Fire fixed Dragon Quest. Then Why they ignored Diamond Tiara? Where Babs Seed? Will they interact with each other again?? You love something you created, you named it, you gave it soul.

    Come on, they did productive things more than anything they did before they got their mark, blank flank business in Forever Filly and Marks and Recreation, remember? They contribute to their community more than any member of mane 6 when they were that age, its incredible. If not for Starlight subplot, i will yawn my heart out during that episode. That subplot should be an episode on their own and the 'main' plot should have more contents for 44 minutes instead of shoving one plot worth of an episode. Crystalling is like All Bottled Up, its contents are not enough to fill the screentime so it added more B-plot to fill the space, but Crystalling has better connected plots and All Bottled Up is not very long to sit through. Anyway, i hope S8 premiere dont fall into the same trap like two previous season premiere. Last premiere which has actual 'adventure' vibes from it. The last two premiere feel like... sitcom, i dont know if i use the right word. And S8 premiere will be... school teaching sitcom? Damn, i watched enough school anime already...

    It's weird that i am hyped for Horse Play episode more than any episode of this first half of season 8. Since Celestial Advice, Celestia have been my best princess, Forgotten Friendship made me hungry for more favorite white horse. 

    I didnt even bring myself to watch the leaks because i think that ep deserves better quality with mlp soundtrack, hope it will be worth the wait... few more months is nothing, ha ha...

    What if the episode sucks...... then i am screwed.

      @Jade Fire Actually, i watched one of these leaks (Starlight ep) and i didnt like it. It's the first time that i didnt enjoy Starlight episode so anything can happen. Finger-crossed for Celestia episode.

    All of them have their few moments, like Pinkie in Filly Vanilli, AJ in Somepony to watch over me/Honest Apple, Rarity in Simple Way, Fluttershy in Dragon Quest, RD whenever she says 'awesome', Twilight in S1... I can tolerate them if they don't happen often because we people can be a bit 'jerky' sometime but we are not asshole so we aren't like that all the time...

    Shocking moment of the show, the writers decide to throw TV-Y rating out of the window, that episode should belong to some anime episodes or something.

    I think he will abandon his kingdom or be killed by Chrysalis, or maybe Pharynx will pick him up and teach him how to be a real changeling after Canterlot invasion so Thorax will eventually join Chrysalis army in the next conquest. (I like the 3rd option).

    The movie has one flaw that i afraid they will transfer it to the upcoming season: add a ton of new characters/races that people may not care about for the sake of lore building, then forgot the main characters of the show. Seriously i want they write a truly great AJ episode that revolves around her before the series ends. I dont like Friendship School idea, it make friendship look more silly than it should be even its FIM that we talking about. How about a mini adventure episode that our main character learn friendship lesson along the way instead of ..... friendship school teaching sitcom. The movie gave me some bad sign about the direction that the staffs are going to take. It getting worse everytime i think about it. I like Fame & Misfortune, it like the other side of the same coin to Slice of Life to me, nothing better than other, just different. I dont like Daring Done for the same reason with Daring Do, they make RD look more stupid to advance the plot. They did it a little bit in Stranger but at least the episode is just amazing at everything else. I like What About Discord, i didnt even think it a guilty pleasure kind of episode, i think it a good one. The map called Spike for friendship mission just come from no where and too stupid, it the worst part of Triple Threat. The map just call everyone now, it just undermined the mane 6 role of the show. If Starlight will be the next element, it make sense, but if it just because the staff like it then i will go back to my first sentence.

    I can get over the fact that Dash want to play with her pet so badly but they don't have to make the episode in serious tone, it made the five stages of grief theme superficial because nothing is lost. That's the ultimate answer to Starlight Glimmer mystery behind her every action in the show so far.

    The has its up and down, some exceeded my expectations, some just pissed me off but overall they are great, the good outweighs the bad.

    The Perfect Pear is the perfect sad episode of the entire series no matter how the end turned out, AJ parents are dead when she was young, Grand Pear lived his remaining life in regret, that's tragic. Beside the perfect sad one, I think Flight to Finish is another sadder episode of the show, seeing Scootaloo try to flight even we know it's impossible is like a torture porn and I am not having fun with it, its just hopeless and depressing and even the happy end in the end wont help. Brotherhoove Social is a sad one even in the beginning of the episode set the mood already and the end just hit us like a truck. Tanks for the Memories failed to make a genuine emotional episode, the crying scene is great, the five stage of grief is very subtle but its not like Tank is going to die or anything, the episode didn't even try to convince us the hibernate is harmful to Tank or anything, it's just RD being selfish and just want to play with her pet in winter. The scene Twilight missed the Northern Stars is very emotional, the episode sudden became emotional from nowhere, I don't know whether it counts or not. Amending Fences is already a sad one in its face, no amount of funny moments of this ep even the joyful pony like Minutte cant cover this episode tone, the party scene is downright heartbreaking. Some notable gut-wrenching moments in Parental Glideance, Hurricance Fluttershy, Equestria Games, Once Upon a Zeppelin, Do Princess Dream, make those episode more than just fun and exciting episodes. Random: If we summary Starlight life until Uncommon Bond, that's depressing.

    Finished Forgotten Friendship....

    FUCK YES! THIS IS THE BEST EQG CONTENT SINCE FRIENDSHIP GAMES THAT ISNT 3 MINUTES LONG.*jumping around* This is what I need for so long (it has been 3 years since Friendship Games), all the shorts/specials are all fun to watch but not enough for me, this special just gave what I wanted for 3 damn years but I still got them eventually, better late than never.

    Good job, Nick, you are damn fine writer, I need you in S8.

    Here my current ranking: Rainbow Rock>Friendship Games>Forgotten Friendship>All the shorts>Special>EQG1>Legend of Everfree

    This TV special is far from perfect, I have some very few critiques for it but... who care... CHEEERRRRR!!!
