    Well, I'm kind of just a PC gamer now anyways. So I suppose anything with consoles and handhelds has little effect on me to begin with. For me, it's a matter of how much time I have. Even if there were really good consoles and games out, I have too many really good PC games I haven't even gotten around to yet and so many hundreds of hours of gametime to spend in them that I'll never have an opening for other mediums. Case in point, I've been wanting to play Skyrim for a while and there's hundreds if not thousands of hours in that game alone. Add mods and...well...

    There are so many rumors going around that I'm not sure what's really going to happen. Personally, I'd only be interested in a move towards the NX if it's a console revival strategy for Nintendo. For years now I've kept saying the same thing about the Wii U. It has no hard-hitting titles that make people want to buy it - or perhaps I should say to get ENOUGH people to buy it. The game library is weak in my opinion and if Nintendo had invested in top-title games it would have done better without a doubt. Launch the NX with a new Metroid Prime series, Twilight Princess 2, Pokemon Stadium, Smash Bros, Monster Hunter, etc. If so, I'll get it and so will a lot of other people. I have to say, though, that my confidence in Nintendo's strategy is very low.

    I think I'll agree. I mean, imagine if Star Wars didn't have revolutionary special effects back in 1977. Even if the story and characters were all the same, I seriously doubt it would have exploded and become such a hit. Story and characters are crucial but they can be forgotten if the style or execution isn't up to par. It's hard to say exactly where the winning line is between writing, style, and execution but you definitely can't neglect any of them. That and The Powerpuff Girls.

    Just about sums up my thoughts. I think having her as a main part of the story now would be keeping in perfect tune with the whole point of the show - not to mention the fundamental principle of the brony fandom. Love, acceptance, and friendship should never be ripped on by the show and it saddens me when other bronies do it. So here's to looking forward to what I'm pretty confident is going to be an awesome season 6!

    I think the fandom has always been this good, still is, and will continue to be. WE are the fandom after all and a lot of us love being creative and making new things. How much those creations are liked depends on the personal tastes of others. Also, importantly, nostalgia plays a big role in liking things. When I listen to "Proud To Be A Brony" I get really nostalgic and it's kind of heartwarming because it brings memories of the past years to mind. Unfortunately, nostalgia also has the ability to give us "golden goggle" syndrome. To counter it, I'd just recommend checking out new music, art, etc. Fellow bronies are always making new stuff and quite a bit of it is spectacular, IMH. Enjoy the old and surprise yourself with the new~

    Nailed it. And relaxing to the sound of a fan? Double brohoof~! That's me all over. I also like the sound of a train late at night. I grew up next to the tracks so it's nostalgic for me and helps me get to sleep. Simple things I love include but not limited to: The sunrise and early morning air. Nature and it's many colors and sounds. Making somebody's life better whether they're a friend or stranger. Waving at people on my block when I go running. It's great to see them wave back or even smile.

    I always have the same thing. 1/3 cup rolled oats boiled in water with 2 tablespoons fresh ground flax seeds, 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon, a full banana sliced and mixed in with blueberries. And 1 cup almond milk for a drink. Tasty and healthy. I'd have more oats but I'm a small person with a small stomach so that lasts me the whole morning.

      It covers episodes from all seasons + all of season 5. It's a great way to relax and enjoy ponies on the weekend while talking to others in chat and getting excited for the next season. In other words: it's just a good time. That's all. :D

    So much how I feel. I almost have to mute it and do something else for that scene because it's too painful for me to watch. For me the problem was that it was too well done. The awkwardness of that moment reaches out of the episode and grabs you with cold hands. Anyways, I guess one of my moments would be when Spike fails the apple pie in Spike at Your Service. Besides the whole episode being counter-character, that scene made me wonder why they would 180 Spike on something very specific that he was long established to be good at. In past episodes, he was a great baker with the mane6 even giving him praise for it. People may have arguments and analysis for that episode but that particular scene just made me pull at the skin under my eyes. How did this get past editing?

    I getcha there. I'm the same. Judging by some other bronies I've talked to the story is almost a cliche. Lots of people have found joy and purpose in life because of MLP and fellow bronies. So cheers to the daylight~!

    Oh, that's epic. I've always wanted one of those princesses shirts/sweaters/whatnot. My Tavi shirt pulls off the casual thing nicely too because most people just assume its an artsy thing. On the other hoof, I don't exactly meet any bronies where I live. Mostly just quail and coyotes out here.

    Oh wow! Sweet. And I'm still finishing off a collection of dark Ghirardelli from Valentine's. Only the Raspberry ones left. Like the almonds more? I'm cool with them but I like my dark with coconut and no nuts. Which is odd because I drink almond milk. *looks over at Mounds bar I'm saving for the season 6 premiere* Must protect.

    @@Starlet Harmony, I saw that RD pillow just yesterday at Jo-Anns. Neat. Also, that's a lot of merch! I thought I had a few items but my collection is nothing in comparison.
