    Where does Fluttermac even come from? I remember every detail of every episode and the two haven't had an notable connection ever. Pony tones doesn't count cause you might as well ship Big Mac with the other Stallion of the group.

    Well, at this point you can pretty much say they are done as speaking characters in the show. They are permanent background ponies.

    It's because he works best as as supporting/background character. He sucks when he gets any focus.

    Murder is murder. Don't try to sugar coat it or justify it. Twilight is a murderer here, plain and simple.

    We don't need anymore Spike. Most of his episodes turn out bad, so it's best to keep him away from being the focus of too many episodes.

    Twilight should take what Starlight said as a compliment. Not being a Princess Princess can be a good thing. Like not getting kidnapped or knocked out all the time like Luna and Celestia.😈

    You know, another possibility is that there IS a seventh element in Equestria. Waiting for Starlight to be ready for it. Look at Starswirl's book in the season 7 finale. The picture of the tree of harmony in it has 7 elements on it, instead of six. I see this as foreshadowing.

    Or gen 5 kills the franchise due to not living up to gen 4.

    I would like to see it happen so Disney can decide to keep Gen 4 going.

    It's actually been proven that Starlight is younger than Twilight. Her scenes with Maud actually proove this fact.

    I don't see her going back, because that would mean abandoning her friends, which goes against everything the show and characters stand for. Plus, they already have 40 + characters to giving meaningful roles to in only 26 episodes. Especially with the 6 new kids. Sunset will never be seen in the MLP series.

    Won't be happening with Tempest or Sunset. With 40 + characters already to juggle around and give time to, there just wouldn't be room for them in only a 26 episode a season show. Especially with the addition of the six students and the 6 pillars. They already have the Mane 7, Spike, the three princesses, Flurryheart, Shining Armor, the six Pillors, the six students, Discord, Big mac, the CMC, Ember, Thorax, Chancellor Neighsay, Queen Crystalis, Maud Pie, Trixie, Sunburst, any brand new characters they plan to introduce, any family members. There is just no room for Sunset or Tempest. Or the time they would have to waste explaining their histories to people who don't watch EQ Girls or the movies. Think about it. They already had a full episode focused almost solely on Maud Pie and her new boyfriend. And they will have to do several episodes focused on the students.

    I liked Starlight in this. It shows the Friendship she has built with the Mane 6.

    Plus this so called 'mistake' only happens in milestone episodes. Too coincidental for my taste. If you watch Shadow Play, on more then one occasion, Twilight's cutie mark on her throne is shown to have six small stars instead of 5. Plus, Starswirl's journal clearly show the tree of Harmony with 7 elements, instead of 6.

    I say younger because it's reasonable to think Starlight started her village soon after leaving home (about 18). And the village was only a couple months old when the Mane 6 arrived.

    With the newest episode, Starlight continues to show just how awesome she is.
