  1. "These feelings are growing stronger, aren't they?"
  2. Rather lovely, actually. Although I need to go and pick up the watering cans in the yard that the wind blew across the ground yesterday. But at least the wind left the remaining panels of my garden fence intact.
  3. People with zero imagination or emotional investment. Big conversation killer for me is if you're talking about a character or scene in a show and express any sort of feeling towards it and then the dullard turns around and says something like "They're/It's not real." or "It's only fiction/made up". Or a critic in general criticising something for not being realistic. For example with a sci-fi show, they turn around and go "No. Sorry. That makes no sense and is totally unbelieveable. They should educate themesleves and learn some facts to make it realistic." Yet for all their looking down from their ivory tower ofso called higher intelligence, they fail to understand the meaning of the word FICTION. Science FICTION. Literally there in the genre title. Seriously. Those sorts of people need to gain a flight of fancy. Let their imaginations play.
  4. After all these years, I still stand by this.
  5. I've had moments in my past where I thought I had died or was dying in my sleep. Most vivid was suddenly not feeling the world or my memories at all. Like it had all been some sort of fiction that just disappeared. Everything was just clear, empty and peaceful. No identity, no world. The world and everything I was once was just gone. Just left with a blank slate that I felt I could do whatever I wanted with. Then I was suddenly pulled away from it and remembered everything. Other times, I dreamt I was in a similar condition, feeling really content. There was a voice saying "You can stay if you want. You don't have to go back." And I really really wanted to stay. But I felt that if I did stay, I wouldn't wake up ever again. Waking brushes from death though, I remember as a kid running across the road like an idiot without looking and then seeing the front of a car right up close to me. Couldn't remember anything until suddenly finding myself just safely standing on the other side of the road. That car should have absolutely hit me though.
  6. As much as I like summer, I've found out just how much I don't like June. It's a month that seems to invite unwanted frustration and a time when I'm feeling at my worst. Really hoping to create some ward in time for next June.
  7. Pfft! I'm definitely in the all the time club. Worse when I feel like I'm blabbering on about myself. Lacking company for years does that though.
  8. Usually in the afternoon to refresh the ol' brain thingy.
  9. I feel like my heart is doing weird things when I think of a particular person.
  10. Locking the house up and pulling the curtains for the night.
  11. Well. There is someone I have a potential growing crush on that I talk to on Discord and also suspect that it's mutual.
  12. I was forced to have them on the top row of my teeth by mother back during my early teens. Knew they would increase the ammunition for my bullies and had to put up with lame joke after lame joke for a little while. Ultimately, the braces did straighten out my teeth, using the retainer always felt disgusting and no elegant way to eat during meals. Decades on, I still actually have a wire on the back of my top row of teeth that I apparently have to keep for the rest of my life to prevent them from ever setting back to how they were. Don't really notice it, unless I think about it. Or when I get a small peanut shard stuck back there. Kind of wish I could get rid of it to be honest. The wire that is. Not the peanut shard.
  13. I would wish for omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence.
  14. Mine's a very short list. Reimu Hakurei from Touhou. Marisa Kirisame also from Touhou Roberta from Black Lagoon
  15. I know that feeling well. It usually strikes while I'm doing the dishes. Really infuriating when the water travels UP the wrist due to weird water physics. Even when you roll up your sleeves it still finds a way. Just as infuriating as public restroom hand dryers that don't actually dry your hands, but just blows the water around on the surface of your skin. Usually up towards the sleeves!
