    I’m saying highly concerning things point-blank to my sister, but she’s looking at Black Friday sales and isn’t listening. I’ve never met anyone who can tune someone out so completely.

    Hopefully nothing big, but I’d like socks. Maybe fandom stuff. I have to think of what to get everyone else.

    I say “fine, how about you?” and use their response to gauge whether or not I should bring up more. If someone’s in a good mood, I’m not going to change that, and if they’re in a bad mood, I’m not going to talk about me. I do share a lot when they’re in a receptive mood, though.

    I forgot about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. I know someone who’s performing in it, but I don’t know when.

    I can’t accurately give an opinion of a whole generation. Most teens I know are pretty shallow, though.
