I don't know. For me, few things can compare to the crazy antics of Pinkie Pie. She can mess around with physics, break the 4th wall, and is a champion at playing tic-tac-toe.

 

But even besides all of those things, does anypony remember her trolling RD during cider season? That was such classic trolling. I'm not even going to mention A Friend in Deed. Personally, I don't think that any other pony even comes close to toppling Pinkie as being the best troll pony in Equestria.

I say that Pinkie is the best troll. She basically looks at physics and says, "U Mad?" And then there is her actions in Luna Eclipsed. Te whole time she was helping in her own way, and when she explained it to Twilight, she made it seem so obvious. Applejack had a couple good troll moments as well. The one that always comes to mind is when they are on their way to turn Rainbow Dash back to normal after she was discorded. Rarity questions how RD think that one cloud is Cloudsdale, then AJ just sticks her head into the frame and says, "Same way he got you to believe that hunk of rock was bonafied(spelling fail?) diamond." and gets this real smug look on her face. There's also when she sees Spike come running out of the Library with his ticket to the Gala.
