I say Rainbow Dash would swear more likely. She seems to be the type that wouldn't care if she did. Fluttershy on the other hoof would only swear of she is extremely pissed off. Though she would quickly apologize once she calms down.

Rainbow Dash. Rarity is too much of a lady to curse (at least where anypony could hear her), I could see both Fluttershy and Twilight being uncomfortable about swearing and Pinkie would probably reenact that one Spongebob episode and have no idea what the words mean. Applejack would be a close second though.

I would say Rainbow Dash because she has the most impulsive behaviour. And, in my experience, people with impulsive behaviours are the ones who tend to swear (even if they don't realise it).
