I don't know for sure what I'd do with a copy of the opposite gender. Maybe I'd date/marry her (or not because it would be too boring being the same) or possibly just become best friends, likely best friends with benefits... if you know what I mean. Definitely wouldn't hate or ignore her, though. I would definitely hang out with her though, that's for sure. Think about it. We can do fun things together, help each other, and other good stuff.

As long as the beard doesn't transfer over-damn date/marry! There is absolutely 0 chance that I'll find anyone else in this lifetime, so If a femclone of me comes along-MMMM you know I'd totally marry her. We could be insane together! We'd talk about the voices in our heads and MAYBE with two of us we'd actually get some shit done!

I remember reading a story about twins who were separated at birth, the two men ended with the same name, got married and divorced to woman of the same name, and chose the same careers.

they were later reunited and have been use in examples of how funny coincidences can be.

If I were to find a copy of myself the opposite gender, I wouldn't care, I would have too much pride to even notice then similarities, and he would be the same.

I'd probably have to stay away from them. Honestly. They'd probably piss me off. I get annoyed at my own cynicism, if I had someone with the exact same cynical thoughts that I had, I'd probably kill them XD

I'd like to think I would befriend her, but if she truly is a she-version of me, then she would be not very trusting of me, have a lot of trouble remembering my name, and would try to branch out to me, but still have trouble saying anything, in fear of having nothing in common.

We would be best friends but I'm sure we wouldn't be able to spend much time together because we would drive each other crazy. I have depression, anxiety, family problems, and if he had the same exact life story as me.. So we'd watch the same shows and work on writing projects together but I think we'd bum each other out.

I have two friends who are opposite gender versions of me. One is on a physical level, and the other is on a Spiritual level.

Mind you, I am transgender, so I am physically female. One of my friends looks like how I would probably look if I got on Testosterone. The other one is a lot like me but the opposite gender. (She's transgender, too.)

I met both of these people online. For the physical one, we both think we might be related, but that isn't relavent.

So I chose to befriend them.

I'd take Cave Johnson's advice to finding yourself in time travel (not the same situation, but close enough):

"So, word of advice: If you meet yourself on the testing track, don't make eye contact. Lab boys tell me that'll wipe out time. Entirely. Forward and backward! So do both of yourselves a favor and just let that handsome devil go about his business."

But more seriously, I'd probably just ignore her. Not like I could befriend her and ask her advice, especially not marry her. She'd probably be pretty darn attractive though, no denying that.

Oh man that would rule...I would be so happy...I would feel complete...

Only one problem though...I am super lazy and can't work and am on disability checks so if neither of us worked I dunno what we'd do to survive. ^^;

Well I'm already married soooooo dating/marrying would not go over well. ^^;;

We are more similar than different, and I have joked that we are practically the same person... but that's not /technically/ true. He's more into video games than I am (although I do like me some Nintendo) and I have more people skills than he does. I also like MLP more than he does and while our interests are similar and we can do a lot of stuff together we also have our own interests that we branch off into.

If I met someone who was exactly like me in personality, I might be friends with him. We'd have fun chatting online and playing the MLP CCG together.
