Sleeping, or at least trying to. I've had a weird relationship with sleep for the past 6 years after getting a bad mix of anti-anxiety medications. I can either get to sleep with no problem then wake up hours before im supposed to get up and try to get back to sleep with no avail. Or Spend hours trying to get to sleep then have only a few moments of sleep until my alarm goes off and I have to get up. I dont think i've had a full solid block of 8 hours of sleep in years. For me its almost always fractured and restless sleep.
