Does your favorite color relate to your favorite pony?

I've always liked blue, and I have listed Rainbow Dash as my favorite most of the time. I like Rainbow Dash more for her personality, but her "cool" personality and virtue of loyalty perfectly resonate with the color blue, on top of the sky theme of the character.

 

My favorite background pony is Shady Daze, whose colors evoke a sky-like look as well, contrasting cloud-like whites with dark shadowy navy blues, hence his name.

Agreed, Fluttershy's Gala dress is so pretty~ It suits her character so well and is such a lovely shade of green! Huh, come to think of it, there really aren't many green ponies...Lyra is the only one I can think of, and she's not a particular favourite of mine but I do really like her mane mint green colour

For me, I have many favorite colors, but if I had to pick out one, it would be royal blue. Now, let's look at my top five favorite ponies.

 

1. Sombra = black = no

2. Luna = dark blue = close enough

3. Sunset Shimmer = yellow/red = no

4. Trixie = light blue/aqua = sort of, but no

5. Twilight Sparkle = purple/magenta = no

 

So yeah, while Luna is close to that, my favorite color has little or no bearing on my favorite pony. Besides, Sombra wouldn't have it any other way.

The closest in the color that I love is Luna/Dark Blue and in that, she is one of my two favorite ponies

 

The other is Rarity, But white is not my favorite color.

 

I also kind of like both Yellow and Light Blue But Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are not in my favorite pony lists. But all are neutral for me in both character and color.

My favorite color has always been green, but mah best poneh sports a light blue coat. :3  Pink has been my second fave color for maybe half my life, but the influence of that rainbow-maned equine has led me to reevaluate my longstanding top three.

 

What influences my choice of "best pony?"  I'm genuinely in love with Rainbow Dash; though I gravitated towards her from the start.  Vibrant poneh, vibrant personality.  Dazzling, magnetic, beautiful, interesting.  I never had a chance. xD

My favourite colour used to be blue, which was a while ago, and then for a while I couldn't decide what colour was my favourite, and now my favourite colour is purple, or maybe violet (I'm not entirely sure of the difference), which I think has something to do with Twilight, but the funny thing is, Twilight is not my favourite pony, Fluttershy is. So it's not my favourite pony that has affected my favourite colour, but it is a pony.

however, i love more than just blue and or purple, i dislike greyscale colors, and i love pretty much almost every color (very iffy on magenta and i also dislike brown)
but her colors work well on her and i absolutely love her blue eyes ;u;

Well, my favorite color has always been blue way before I started liking ponies, though that is a typical color for guys to like you never know, it may have been a bit of a hint of what was to come.
