As fantastic as the action in Bay's Transformers movies was, I don't feel that he could accurately capture or even live up to the standards of MLP:FiM.

 

That said, while he may utterly destroy the world of MLP (literally), he could no doubt legitimize it in the minds of many a modern teenager who calls out anything with no less than 10 DPM (deaths per minute) for being crap unworthy of their time.

Cutie marks would be branded on by Celestia as a way of imposing dominance over her totalitarian society.

 

Sonic Rainbooms and Rainnukes would be weapons in the ever-escalating Pony-Griffon Wars.

 

Rainbow would be recruited into the Pegaforce halfway through Season 1 and we would get news of her death in the Season 2 finale. She would later appear out of nowhere as the Ursa Major wreaks havoc on Ponyville and save the day. As a griffon nuke quickly descends to kill them. And there's an earthquake. And a hurricane. And meteors. Lots and lots of meteors. And this is all happening in super slow-mo.

 

Wait a minute... that last one actually doesn't sound to bad. Especially the pegasus army being called the Pegaforce. Heh, I'm so clever.
