Well he has had been really sick a couple of times during childhood but that is about it.

Well, in mah FoE fanfic, Meson held a bridge by himself against an invading power-armored army.

 

And later in the fanfic, when he went absolutely insane and had to be caged, Spits had to put him into a coma by electrocution, so... that was pretty rough.

 

I think Foray's the most extreme though. She once killed and cannibalized a raider group.

My OC Corncob has done the following:

1. Ascended to the state of alicornatrice (cockatrice turned alicorn, sort of) during a game of checkers against a squirrel.

2. Defeated the aforementioned squirrel in a game of tug-of-war...  On the moon.

3. Traveled, without mechanical aid, through space; unhindered and unharmed.

4. Accidentally snored a planet into space dust (he felt bad about it after).

5. Unintentionally been married to two lesbian ponies when he crashed (literally) a wedding ceremony.

6. Traveled back in time and vaporized Starswirl the Bearded with his Sonic Bawk attack.

7. Forgotten to turn the stove off this one time.

"Extreme" is pretty vague. If by that one means "impressive" Steel once pulled off a Magnificent Seven scenario and saved Appleloosa from an army of pissed off donkeys.

i dunno really, I guess the most extreme thing shes done is work out with the Wonderbolts and maybe sing at a gig in Canterlot.

Well it was when Techno triggered a universal energy generator to go into meltdown to defeat his evil brother Herobrien. And that basically also led to a full universe getting deleted from existence!!!
