I'm really looking forward to the release of the 3rd Equestria Girls movie, Friendship Games! I get bubbed by one thing though - what if it has a MIDNIGHT SPARKLE?

Not an if at this point, as one of the presentations at an earlier Toy Fair mentioned that Midnight Sparkle was going to play a role in the film.

 

Midnight Sparkle might very well be the product of Twilight absorbing too much magic and losing control and she could be the final boss, but nothing so far in the trailers suggests Twilight is all antagonistic though.
