@Meson Bolt I am in the army. I am actually a Cadet at the United States Military Academy. Right now I am about to take over the field training for a squad of kids in basic training. Our regiment will be responsible for their marksmanship, land navigation, and other skill over the next month. Basically they have to validate a bunch of extremely basic soldier skills.

Ah, I see. Well maybe you can then answer a question for me. I'm by no means an expert on that particular uniform, so how come your rank is way down by your cuff, compared to everyone else's up by their shoulder? And what's with the weird pants?

I'm a PV2 in the Army, just in case you were curious.

Haha, not at all. It’s actually an old photo from last Christmas before I got promoted. I am a sergeant now and my rank is on my shoulder. Those aren’t pants, it’s a kilt. I am also a member of the USCC Pipe and Drum Corps. The only active duty bagpipe band in the Army.

I actually had to sell him when I joined up. He just happened to be at a polocrosse tournament with his new family while I was home on leave, somI went and hung out with old friends and my horse
