I dunno who provides the voice of this character.  I doubt it would be the original actor unless Target was able to convince her agent into recording lines.

It's more based off her toy as opposed to something similar to her Show-accurate style.

 

Also, Tabitha confirmed via Twitter that she didn't voice Rarity in this video.

Rarity looked weird in this commercial.  And it was obvious it wasn't her show VA.

Cute. I could tell that wasn't Rarity's actual voice actor but I give the substitute credit for trying to match the voice instead of just doing a generic girly voice. Of course there isn't really anything special about a toy Rarity appearing in what's basically a toy commercial, but it's nice to see that the popularity of MLP is still going strong

They animated her as the toy version, but I'm not aware if there's a show accurate toy line.

Considering every. Single. Generation (yes, even g4) is basically a 22 minute toy commercial for kids, and Bronies analyze the heck out of that. Haha!

Well, the most interesting part about that cameo is that they actually went with Rarity. I give the voice actor credit for a good Rarity impression. Am I the only one who thinks RD is a tad overused in ads? She's not the only mane six pony yet she's had more than her share of ad time while the others have had very little. I don't have anything against Dashy, but I'm glad she got a bit of a break here.

I think RD is a beloved character by most of the MLP watchers.
