general What would you do if your town was being evacuated?

My parents would handle the pets. So I would grab all of my instruments. The wind instruments anyway... The keyboard and piano would not work out. I would still have quite a mountain to deal with. If I died, oh well. At least I would have died in honor. =P

If my town were being evacuated, first thing I would do is evacuate.

My family would probably grab all essentials (and I'd stuff as much stuff in my bag as possible - obviously, my laptop and phone, some pony plushies and Harry Potter book collection, etc.), and then we'd all pile up in one of our cars and go the next town over, about an hour away, and stay in a hotel there. Oh, and I wouldn't forget my dog, because she's a sweetheart.

I have friends in a lot of different areas of the country, so I would probably just drive to one of their houses, and as for what I would take with me...I have no clue...probably my cat, some books, my phone and charger, 3ds and a couple outfits to change into...I think that's all I would really take.
