I like her because of the MLP CCG cards and the fact she is a huge fan of pets which is adorable. Plus she isn't talked about at all which is a shame.

Octavia without a doubt, with her classical style and more serious demeanor... especially when paired with Vinyl Scratch.

 

A second choice would be Doctor Whooves/Time Turner... especially with him actually being the Doctor, millennial old time lord who travels through space and time in the TARDIS with either Derpy or Twilight as his companion.
