Sleep with the door open or closed?

It really depends. Lately, I've slept with it open because my bedroom doesn't get much cold air. Our house was built kind of weird, so the vents don't work as well as they should... other than in the living room. It's hotter where I live too, so my room seems draw in a lot of that... even with high turbo fan blowing on me. :c

I prefer it closed as leaving it open makes my anxiety worse, but sometimes I end up with no choice when it's warm in the house (no air conditioning...) ... Larely, luckily for me, it's been closed.

I mostly keep it open so I can have some light to sleep by but sometimes I have it closed and use another small light in the room because of the loud noises that I hear outside the room. It doesn't work, I still wake up with a headache, but it would be worse if the door was open.

Always closed, with a little hatch to keep intruders out. The hatch is something I added when I was in my teenager years. I wanted a buffer so that I could at least get my pants on before having to talk to someone.

I get anxious if I try to sleep but the bedroom door is open. Besides, when I'm back home from college, my cat always ends up waking me up if the door is open.
