general What Are You Buying On Black Friday?

Black friday starts in roughly 24 hours. So what are you getting or plan on getting? Will you be shopping online, or take the risks to do it in person?

 

 

For those that care, I've already bought my first offerings. The latest albums from Helloween & Testament (t-shirt bundle too) plus an Overkill 13 CD box set that I've had my eye on for a while.

I've never bought anything during Black Friday given that I live in Canada, and that most stores I go to don't necessarily go along with this as many Canadians simply cross the border to save money when they buy.

Gonna take advantage this year, and buy a lot of games. My eyes are on Skyrim remastered, Forza Horizon 3, and Battlefield 1. Though like hell I'm going in that warzone... I'm getting them online.

Some clothes, better computer peripherals, a quality chess set, and some games (I've already bought some Cities: Skylines DLCs during the Steam sale). I don't get too crazy on Black Friday, and I usually go around the mall, though I do sleep early to drive there at 1 AM.

Nothing to buy on a Black Friday sale, however in the future, I'm planning to buy shoes that I like the most (both shoe brands that are Skechers and Converse All-Star) and some music instruments like the drum set and a string bass (I grew tall enough to play that). Also in games I play, I'm planning to buy that is useful in-game.

Until I know what the sale is going to be, I don't know yet. Near me there's a place that sells tons of retro games and consoles, so I might go there. If I don't find anything of interest there, I'll most likely go to best buy. Even if I don't buy anything, I always like going in there just to see what they have.

You'd be better off shopping online for Black Friday (or Cyber Monday) than having to endure the sheer mob mentality at local stores and malls in the US (and maybe other countries as well).

 

As for me? I'll be sleeping than shopping, though my parents and other relatives will be shopping on Black Friday so yep.
