Just watched End of Evangelion. Don't know if I should rewatch it (along with the series) or just watch the Rebuilds now.

I say give yourself some time to digest it and then try out the Rebuilds. Some consider them better. I don't, obviously, but they're fun in their own right.

I have only seen part of that one, back when I was looking for anime just for the fan service  

Who knows I may focus on the story now.

 

I don't mind fan service usually, but I have seen pretty mindless stuff. Like a hot spring ova which was 20 minutes of the characters talking about their bodies... However, if they can intelligently incorporate it into the plot, I wont mind at all.

Kill La Kill is a good example of what I think is intelligent fan service
