The forums would be chaos without the staff. However, I'm not going to say also that I haven't had my share of problems with them, because I have with a couple I won't mention here.

I still will say that even considering those problems, I should still be grateful for the presence of the staff that aren't twisting the rules.

The forums would probably look far more Chinese... Chinese bots that is. Though I do not specifically recall whether this forum has been affected by it before. And then again, I'm not sure whether the fact that we usually don't get bot spam is due to the staffs' work or more due to the technical aspects of the forums itself (unless the staff is also responsible for this).

The staves of power that the members of the upper echelon of the MLP Forums are able to wield can purge the spambots and other unwanted junk out from here and send it into the Shadow Realm.

With them keeping their staves ready for action and their eyes open the inhabitants of MLPF are able to rest a night without fear.

Pretty sure without our beloved staffs that trolls and assholes would invade the forums and it would just turn into a cesspool of death threats, NSFW pictures among other things, and thus all the good hearted kind members would leave and it would just be trolls trolling each other, among other things, at least thats my experience when I've seen online communities not be moderated to some degree....

Nahm it'd take about a week before the word go out on 4chan and then all absolute hell would break lose.
