Anything You DON'T Want to See in Season 9?

-Each of the Mane Six MUST get at least five focal episodes.

-No more new characters.

Unless you actually try to make him an actual friend like in Breakup Breakdown and Discordant Harmony, keep him the fuck out

I just don't want to see a bad ending to it. I don't want it to be like the ending of season 3, I was shocked and had so many questions back then when I first saw it... I had rewatch the episode 5 times to make sure that what I was seeing was actually real.

The problem is that the season said it was racism. When in fact relations would be the equivalent of international affairs and diplomacy. I don't want to see any major villains getting reformed.  Whether it be Cozy Glow, Tirek, or Chrysalis I want them to stay bad.  I really don't want to see anymore badly rushed reformations.

Spike and Rarity actually hooking up.  Not only I am kinda tired of Spike's crush on Rarity as I feel it isn't cute anymore, if the two were actually get together that would make Rarity a major creep, and she deserves better than that.

I also really really really really don't want to see Scootaloo learn to fly.  That would actually be kind of insulting to have a character that could teach kids that just because you're disabled that you can still live a fulfilling life, and just yank that away.  Not only that, but I feel like this would end up hurting episodes that focused on her inability to fly such as Flight to the Finish and The Washouts.

The Pinkie / Yakyak dynamic has always had an uncomfortable "white man's burden" subtext and I really hope they move away from it. I feel like it's a thematic dead end and more interesting Yakyak episodes could be done with Yona.

Oh, a couple of extra things:

1- Slice of Life 2. Slice of Life was a fun and celebratory episode and not to be taken too seriously, but I’d like another celebration with more substance, no memes and more focused. I don’t mind another bit of fandom nod, but please, more substance specially if this is going to be the final season 

2- A greater break from the status quo, again, if it’s the series’ finale

No reducing characters to their previous season mentalities like in Non-Compete Claus.

No making Spike look act like a selfish idiot for the sake of comedy cause the writers don't know what to do with him like in Princess Spike.

No redemption for Chrysalis (origin story instead?).

No more Sparity. It was cute in the beginning by 8 years later and nothing has happened from it. Let it go.

No boyfriends for the mane 6. If they want to do a 10 years later at the finale with them with their children, that's fine.
