Which pony or character are you most like? Why?

I can relate to Fluttershy the most. Obviously I am very shy and trying to get over that. I tend to not speak my mind much when talking to family, coworkers, and other people i'm not familiar with. I also am very jumpy. I really do love all animals. I don't argue with anyone I just nod my head in agreement. I am not very strong, I also like living out in the quiet country.

 

Pinkie Pie because when i'm with my friends can tend to act hyper, being random, enjoy laughing, and having fun.

 

Rarity because I tend to care what i where when going out, working, even sleeping. I really don't like to get dirty, but i will if I have to. Make sure my hair looks good when going out.

 

As for Applejack, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash I really can't relate to. I always fall asleep reading books, even if there good and interesting. I am awful at anything scientific and math

I'm not competitive at all I just like to have fun and everybody has a good time. I can be a hard worker especially when doing a job, however I tend to be really lazy.

well fluttershy and pinkie pie (id say dash a bit too but fluttershy already has that occasional snap if you lose in the areas you are good at )

 

i guess id say im pinkie pie but awkward about showing it or going overboard and being a bother or annoyance? i like fun but i worry a lot and am quite self conscious and do flinch often and jump over things (usually im just in my little world and so i dont expect it)

This is a tricky one, Fluts is my favorite of the mane 6, but I think that I can relate best to Pinkie because of the fact that she's always happy (and so am I)...

 

Which is kind of odd since the personalities of both Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie are the complete opposite of each other.

 

Am I the only one experiencing this? That my own personality is directly opposed to my favorite pony?

A combo between, Big Mac for shyness and have a tendancy to work myself into the ground, Twilight for being a perfectionist and over thinking things and getting in a pickle, Pinkie Pie because I can go a bit insane at times and once you get to know I can be a bit wild, and rainbowdash cause I am really loyal, however being too loyal can come with it's downfalls, like being used but you soon catch on to who is using you and who your real friends are

One of the things that makes this show so great is that on one level or another I can connect to each of the Mane 6 on some level. Overall though, I most relate to Fluttershy because I have a few friends and like to keep to myself and AppleJack because I’m always willing to help out my friends in any situation they may be in.

Simply because on of my main things about me is that I'm kinda smart but never accept help from anyone. I also tend to bite off way more than I can chew.

I relate to Twilight and Pinkie Pie, and here's why:

 

Pinkie Pie: Her love of laughter and fun remind me of myself with my own friends. I love to entertain and make people laugh and I think Pinkie embodies that part of me perfectly. What I also find really relate-able is her secret insecurity. On the outisde, both she and I are fun-loving and loud, loud, LOUD! But on the inside, we're both worrying about if others will accept us for who we are. Pinkie Pie shut down, hard, in "Party of One", which I found very similar to my own behavior.

 

Twilight: I identify very well with Twilight's worries and fears of failure or not living up to expectations. I get very, very stressed if I don't do well in something. "Lesson Zero" and the ending portions of the season 3 premiere reminded me of these tendencies, and Celestia reassuring Twi both times (sternly or not) made me smile. Others may have found it stupid and possibly out-of-character for her to worry so much, but in my mind it made perfect sense.

I think I relate most to Rainbow Dash, mostly because I'm competitive, and I hate losing, even if it's something that doesn't mean anything. I also train a lot and in pretty good shape.

 

I can also relate to Applejack, because I'm honest and hard-working.

In terms of my relationship with my family, I probably most relate to Applejack; my family's very close and greatly values our relationships with each other. As far as my work life goes (i.e. senior year in college) I probably relate most to Twilight; I'm constantly reading, studying, writing, and taking notes and tests, and stressing out about as much as she does... and it's only getting worse! YAY!!! Finally, in terms of personality, I'm probably a combination personality wise of Applejack (I'm pretty old-fashioned, again, have a close relationship with my family, and pretty down-to-earth), Twilight (I'm undoubtedly a nerd, and proud of it, and quite the history buff; my school work demands that I am constantly reading a heavy book load!) and Pinkie Pie (I have a very random sense of humor... that's about it, but I take humor very seriously! ).

I'm most like AppleJack. I hold closely to my family. I imagine she might fight with her bro and sis, like I do, but in the end, someone picks on them or treats them wrong? She's there to whoop some behind. Though RD is the element of Loyalty I've always found AJ to be incredibly Loyal alongside with her Honesty. I have the same untouchable work ethic that AJ has and I can't really ask for help. It's difficult accepting help. Especially since it's hard to feel indebted to somepony...

Most of the time it's Twilight Sparkle. Just like her I love reading and writing, I don't socialize a lot, I'm afraid to be wrong and I do everything by the book. I'm a natural follower who craves feedback and feels uncomfortable acting without direction, just like she is with Celestia.

 

But in our worst moments, I also relate strongly to Fluttershy. Frustrated, withdrawn, unable to say what I really think and still hurting from old wounds. When I get home from work the only living thing I want to see is an animal. (My dog. ) In Putting Your Hoof Down, her anger was my anger; in Hurricane Fluttershy, her suffering was mine. When she turned her back on Rainbow and ran away crying because she thought everyone was judging her and laughing at her...gees, I can't describe that. It was like a cartoon suddenly became a mirror.

I have three that I relate too. I relate to Fluttershy and Big Macintosh because of my shyness and being anxious in a crowd and around new people. Also being really quiet all of the time. I relate to Twilight because I am always reading and studying.
