Scrambled eggs with garlic powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper also a lot of cheese!    There's also this recipe for egg cups that I like to use.  Basically it's scrambled eggs baked in a cupcake tin with deli meat used as a "cup" for the eggs.  It's pretty good and I really like the recipe since I can change it up as much as I want to and it's pretty flexible in terms of what I can add to the recipe.
