The date you were born on (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) determines which pony you're stuck in quarantine with for the next month.

Damn, one day off from Rainbow (the best pony). Derpy is adorable and all, but I feel like living with her would get annoying real fast. Who knows how many things she'd break by the time the quarantine is up. I'd be surprised if my house was still standing at the end of it all.

Looking at the list, she'd probably be the second worst one to live with, right behind Lightning Dust. Derpy is cute, but everything she touches breaks.
