I wasn't huge on seafood/fish when I was younger but now it's my first choice when cooking or eating out somewhere.

Black Walnuts, Tea, various fruit juices. Expanded my diet...somewhat. I have a hard time eating some foods due to a weak gag reflex and I cannot handle a lot of what most people consider normal, but, I try.

When I got my taste and smell back after covid I started liking more bitter stuff. Starting drinking coffee and straight concord grape concentrate.
