Doctor VS Daleks = rip in the space time continuum, sending the Doctor in his Tardis into a parallel universe, where colorful ponies replace humans as a species. Thus, he too, was transformed into a pony. Going by the alias 'Doctor Whooves', he now stalks around Ponyville as one of the crowd, all the while gathering information, and preparing his departure back to the universe we all know.
