Chrome! I love it, it's nice and fast. I love the add-ons, I have tons of games on the browser :P I used to use Firefox however, now it is sadly filled with toolbars I'm too lazy to remove.

I still use Firefox. Have been since the 2.0 days. I've tried Chrome but its not to my likings. I used to use something called "Waterfox" which was Firefox but 64 bit and used SSE3 (which my CPU has) and AVX (which my CPU doesn't have) instructions to speed it up but it caused more problems than it was worth when it came to flash objects so I switched back to bog standard. Still a bit wonky but it gets the job done. Maybe in the not too distant future I'll give Opera another go.

I can neither confirm nor deny myself being the cause of electrical related malfunctions. Anyways, you wouldn't happen to have a jar of replacement magic smoke would you?

Chrome

Switched from IE to Firefox like 3 years ago (had occasionally been using Firefox before that) and then about a year and a half ago I switched from Firefox to Chrome. I was having issues with Firefox so I switched to Chrome and I haven't really had any issues with it.

I use chrome. It's faster than IE or Firefox and still is fairly easy to use and has many customization options. I also use gmail and have google phone (and use chrome on there) so I have everything synced

For me, I have to put my vote with chrome. About a year ago you would see me with Opera on my computer.

I have since then converted to Chrome.

1. Chrome is faster

2. I like the download system

3. Very simple :)

I use any browser but 2 of my favourite browsers are Chrome and Firefox. Internet Explorer can be a bit laggier than the two browsers.

Google Chrome all the way. I really love how they put extensions so that way I can ponify my experience on the web. I've got ponyhoof for facebook, ponify, and a super cool theme.

Here's a picss of what my google chrome theme looks like

I've used a fair few

IE > Opera > Safari > Firefox and now Chrome.

I've been using the chrome the logest of them all and it seems to do a pretty good job although, as of late it's started to stop responding but i think i just needed to update my version of Java.

Tossing up whether to swap back to Firefox or not.

Is that your native screen resolution?  That's really tiny.  :S

That's because I use a netbook, well used to. It was a Dell Latitude 2100.  It broke down due to heat, I do plan on getting another laptop though.

I use Firefox! I really like Chrome, but never really wanted to move away from Firefox.

I used Internet Explorer for a long time though, I never had a problem with it! Now, I can't stand it at all.

  • 2 weeks later...

I used mainly Google chrome and firefox they have always been the browsers to me. Throughout my time using either one I have never had any problems. I use one browser called TOR and it provides anonymous (privacy) and changes your ipaddress when you start it up. It is a pretty neat browser I would recommend looking up sometime.

I use Chrome, Firefox and IE at the same time.

I dont get why people are claiming that IE is slow. I did tons of comparison with IE and firefox and both of them are in par with each other. Must be the internet. *shrugs*

Firefox. Used it since 2004 and i'm too lazy to convert to anything else. Internet Explorer..will never touch it again as long as I live..too many bad memories.

Yeah... Nobody probably remembers my earlier post, but after giving FireFox, Chrome, and Opera their fair run at replacing IE, none of them has managed to be quite as pleasant to use as the "worst browser". I'm still forced to use something else as a backup for the rare instances of Internet Explorer completely not working (as opposed to the slightly more frequent cases of simply displaying things incorrectly, which I have also experienced on other browsers), and for that I'll take Opera because it's not all that different.

Chrome on my netbook, TenFourFox (Firefox fork) on my eMac. Though I'm seriously considering switching back to FF on my netbook, Chrome is getting ridiculously RAM hungry, and 1 GB just ain't enough to handle it.

Internet Explorer.
Why? Because I somehow messed up Chrome so bad that it's now slower than Explorer like 2 or 3 times. And I don't want to talk about FireFox...
