I can sometimes find myself indirectly encountering tumblr and that's through finding pony fanart on derpibooru with tumblr as the source. Only do I follow the source if I'm interested in following a series. 

 

I'll some it up briefly: Tumblr at large thinks we're all pedophile rapists that want to take ponies away from little girls and shove porn in everyone's faces. Unless you happen to be female, then you can go whatever the hell you want because all the meany, poopyhead bronies have move on your territory and took the show away from you.

It's worse than that(as in going beyond bronies), despite Tumblr having a apparent hate-boner for forcing people into gender roles. "gender appropriation" is something the SJWs are complaining about now.

I pretty much ignore them, especially the ones that are all like, "ROFL u guys like a show for little gurlz theres something wrong with u", or whatever it is. Those people make me seriously believe they haven't really watched the show or done any research, they just want throw in some aggressive, unfounded opinion. They're just so vociferous that I see it as pointless to talk with them.

To be fair though, I don't mind the people that dislike us because they think we're annoying and try to shove the show down people's throats (although I do find it silly that they're generalizing us like that), because they at least have something that resembles a legitimate reason.

Lastly, I'll say is that anyone who will ridicule another for enjoying anything, no matter who its for, is a person who shouldn't be allowed to have an opinion.

Not long ago, I was a hater myself.  I only converted a month ago.  Although my friends are the most zealous anti-bronies I currently know (the most zealous anti-brony I ever knew was myself), they do not talk about how much they hate bronies every second of every day.  I just deal with it, and I actually pretend to be one of them.  A quarter of students would consider themselves anti-bronies, whereas maybe five percent would consider themselves bronies (most closeted), and the rest think bronies are strange, but are indifferent to them.  One of these days, if my friends bring it up, I'm going to finally stand up for myself and argue on the bronies' side, without coming out as one of course.  I won't be standing up for the bronies themselves – I don't like many of them – just bronyism in general.

My opinion of the Brony haters?

 

I don't really anything against them, it's typical for a popular fan base to get hate, 'tis the way the world works.

 

Just when it seems a fan base can get so popular, with so many cool people.

 

The trolls attack.

This can mean 2 things.

 

1. Literally, don't feed the parasprites. They will multiply like turbo-charged rabbits on valentines day and eat your city in a matter of seconds.

 

or

 

2. Don't feed the trolls, one of the most common said on the web, I think.

 

They want you to get offended and fight back, that's how they spend their time on the web.

 

Attacking happy people.

 

Well, don't let them. That's where the whole "Love and Tolerate" thing comes in. When a troll attacks, give them what they don't want.

I hope this helps with anyone who may be having problems with haters or anything, they just don't have anything better to do but tease a happy fun-filled with creamy creamy frosting fan base.

There are select people on both sides that are just looking for conflict. People who don't want anything to do with ponies, should act like they feel that way and not concern themselves with others business and things they don't like. They don't like it so much they had to go out of their way to complain about it existing. Just don't push your love for ponies on anyone that hasn't pushed the love for themself by themself. It's okay to proudly represent the fact that you are a brony, but you can't expect everyone to see it the same way, and the show should teach us to accept everyone. Even the ones that are total rejects. Sometimes people need to see someone with a heart, to remember they have one to.

That is my game, I sit back and laugh at them while I imagine all them seething with rage as they hurl pointless insults as I refuse to take their bait. There was this one former coworker I knew who could always do those fake smiles and had this way where he could tell someone to screw off while not technically saying it if a customer was acting like an ass. I wish I knew how to do that, I am way too blunt and forward to be able to do things like that.
