The Thing About Bronies You Like The Most

I actually love a lot of things about the brony fandom but my favorite would be how kind they are. Sure, I have talked to some...that were a bit rude; but still. They always seem ready to talk and help you in anyway.

Second would belong to their amazing creativity; whether it be music, art, or stories; there is an overwhelming amount of creativity in this fandom.

Everything, the creativity and just how nice they are. What I first liked when joining was how welcome you felt, I just felt like I belonged in this fandom. Everyone was so nice, friendly and accepting. Although I didn't really participate in the fandom until later, I enjoyed watching art work and listening to the music. I was amazed, although what was most amazing for me was just feeling like you were a part of something great. Feeling that you belonged in the fandom and that you were welcome.

Not to mention, how easy it is to make new friends. It's just a very nice fandom, I love it. Even though it has it's ups and downs, the positive aspects of the fandom is a lot bigger then the negative. I hardly even notice the negative aspects of it, I just notice how everyone seems to whine about it.

I like all of it.

Community and the Show!

When you join you have 10,000 + Friends waiting for you. Being a Brony for me I don't sit myself with the community all the time, I watch the show!

I like the bronies because of their devotion. Not one day goes by (on the internet) that I don't see anything amazing that a group of fans came together and made something from  a show about technicolor ponies. It's really appealing to see such wonderful works of art, especially the stories people publish these days.

Their soul. I don't know how I could say it any other way. Some people in this community truly have breathtaking minds and have made my life far more worthwhile than I could ever have imagined.

I like that if you are talking to someone who is also a brony, the two of you instantly have dozens of new conversation topics. Favorite pony? Favorite episode? Thoughts on alicorn Twilight Sparkle? It also gives (most bronies I've met) a bit of humility. You can't really act too stuck up or proud when you're discussing pastel horses. You lower yourself a bit, you allow yourself to be insulted, you accept the fact that most people you meet will likely hate bronies. Talking with fellow bronies lets you sort of step outside the realm of normal conversations. You already know that you're likely to be friends with the other person, so the conversation can flow more steadily, without any need for worrying that they will judge you for (most of your) strange interests.

tl;dr two bronies meeting for the first time can easily connect and have lots of opinions on the show to discuss.

"Hi I'm hipster superman, you probably haven't heard of me I'm pretty obscure."

The center picture is hipster superman. The other four pictures are my favorite webtoon, anime, band, and comic. They're pretty obscure.

They might actually not be but I've never met anyone who's heard of them.

The fact that like all other fandoms there are jerks and can often be loud but that they are few and far between and most of the fandom is very accepting and welcoming to people of many different backgrounds and interests creating a very accepting and nonjudgmental atmosphere. The level of creativity is something I am yet to see in any other fandom, sure there are talented people in other fandoms as well but the amount of quality fanfics, fanart and other fanworks is something that we should be proud of even if certain works aren't all of our cup of tea.
