I would want more story behind the kiss because depending on the relationship I would want it to be romantic. This probably doesn't make any sense and I know I'm over thinking this, but anyway I can't really give an answer to this question, because to me it would all depend on relationship and backstory between me and that special little somepony. Now about that kiss. If Luna kissed me for no reason, I would take it as a compliment and be a happy man....er.....shark. This all depends on how I feel that day. But who really cares? And you can't go around telling everybody that or you'll be looked at like a crazy person, but luckily for me, people already know i'm crazy, so I can get away with it and people won't care.
