What type of Milk do you drink

I'm lactose intolerant so I can't drink milk.  I've tried drinking lactose free milk but it's really a hit or miss with those because sometimes they taste like some nasty cheese.  So I normally drink soy milk or maybe have pea milk every so often.  Even though I'm lactose intolerant, I can still eat cheese and yogurt, which is nice.

I’ve now for a little while been using this milk called Smarter White which tastes like full cream milk but only has 2% fat and you hardly taste the difference.

 

I like a banana smoothie but haven’t really added flavour to milk for a long time but I will have some flavoured milk that’s been bought from the store.

Well, milk was never my beverage of choice, but if I ever use it as an ingredient, almond milk is my first choice. I do not believe I am lactose intolerant, but I dislike dairy products in general, so it is not much of a loss for me either way.

None. I'm lactose intolerant but I don't like the taste of milk. Still eat ice cream and cheese tho.

I drink regular milk but it sometimes upsets my stomach. So, I sometimes buy milk that is lactate free. Goat milk and soy milk are also great.

I drink both skimmed and semi-skimmed cows milk as I have skimmed milk when I drink tea and semi-skimmed if I'm drinking it on it's own or pouring it on cereal. I also like strawberry milkshake.
