Well with the hawk winning speed (which is what she is mostly about) I voted that.

Though I think in the very diverse differences in Coolness, Awesomeness, and Radicalness.

I think some other options should have been added like in the show.

But we all know... Twilight could have been her pet

Definitely the tortoise. I've always loved turtles and tortoises and when I was younger I kinda wanted to get one. Besides, they don't require a lot of attention unlike the rest of those pets.

The hawk for sure. It's fast and yet fairly small. Also it's the most badass of the group listed. I mean a tortoise is cool and all but I would prefer the hawk.

The Falcon, if Tank didn't save free her from the rock avalanche, the falcon would of won anyway.

 

IMO Falcon wins overall on the list of things RD needed for a pet.

I see DashForever and Rainbow Dash Loyalty are well named, being the only ones I've seen to actually point out that it's a falcon, not a hawk. Somewhere an ornithologist was crying, but is now cheering up, thanks to those two.

If not Tank (which in my personal opinion was cool especially since you can see the irony she has a slow pet and shes very fast) I would prefer either the bat because its UBER cute or the hawk because it was pretty awesome compared to the others

I would choose the hawk, it really suites Rainbow Dash's personality, it's fast, agile, and awesome. I'm surprised she didn't pick it immediately

Yes, she definitely deserved a chance to compete for the position of--WAAAAIT a second...I've seen enough clopfics to know where this is headed.

 

With that in mind...the bat. He definitely had all of the required traits, and (most importantly) had learned the difference between awesomeness and radicalness.

I like the choice that she made in the end...But I believe Twilight should have been able to compete. I don't think it was fair to disqualify her right off the bat, but then accept the tortoise...

Well to be honest I don't think I could've seen her pick any of the other pets. I mean after seeing the Tank save Rainbow in that scene, I'd have felt bad if she didn't choose Tank

 

Plus Tank is a flying Tortoise, thats pretty awesome I gotta say...

Twilight's greatest weakness is that she's scatterbrained and cannot go about her day without organization. Spike isn't very organized, he isn't uptight like Twilight and more laid back and he knows where all Twilight's books are at. So he compliments her well.

 

Fluttershy's greatest weakness is she is timid and cannot express her wishes very well. Angel is rude yet he is real and always encourages Fluttershy to be more truthful about her feelings. Another good team.

 

Far as I could see Rainbow Dash is bold and fierce but without the support of her friends and fans she becomes timid and insecure. She also can't handle criticisms and lack of attention to her as seen in Sonic Rainboom (she also needed Fluttershy so badly as she insisted). Her constant boasting and self-complimenting is evidence that she needs a constant reminder to keep herself encouraged.

 

By this respect Rainbow Dash would be best with Tank. Tank unlike Rainbow Dash did not falter from her criticisms. He had no support, no compliments were given from Rainbow Dash yet he continued to stay in the competition and even after all she said to him was the one to help her while still in a dangerous location. If you think about it Tank knows more about loyalty than RD in a way. :/

I just realized that I never told you guys my choice

 

You probably assumed that I would say Tank and I would have but a dear friend brought something to my eye.

 

Tank did not meet the cut on the earlier heats but kept returning. Loyalty is what the show was trying to bring out in him but how come Tank is allowed to keep competing when other pets are tossed aside despite the fact that they had more skills than him.

 

But then again, Tank and Rainbow Dash were adorable in this week's episode.

 

And who am I to vote against my persona?

I would definitely choose Tank the Tortoise, because he is adorable. He also showed that he wasn't afraid to try his best, even though the nature of his competitors put him at a severe disadvantage. The fact that he would put in such a great amount of effort proves how much he wanted to be someone's pet, and I would gladly have him as my pet.
